All communities are managed at the office in Mission located at 5945 Woodson Rd Mission, KS 66202. I just visited these apartments during my apartment search and I am so glad I did! Brianna, the lady that helped me, was incredibly nice, and answered all of my questions. The apartments are very nice, the floor plan allows the 1 bedroom apartment to look really big in the living/dining area. I’m looking forward to putting in my application to live here.

I have been living at Nieman Square for almost 4 months and I love it. The community is quiet and feels safe. The floorplan of the living room/dining room/kitchen is wide open and helps the apartment feel way bigger. All of the staff have been very kind, friendly, and are great at communicating with the complex via text. The maintenance crew has also been very quick to respond to requests. I would highly recommend Neiman Square apartments.

I dont live here ,but have a best friend who has for 4 years now . I can say this is a great property and the amenities rock!! They are a little pricey for an older and outdated interior and appliances, but it's a rental property so cant expect new stuff. Maintenance is not the best as far as the inside of the unit ,but outside is well cared for and kept nice. Overall I give this place 5 stars compared to other local complexes

At Home Apartments definitely deserves 5 stars. The staff at the leasing office is very friendly and helpful. They are quick to answer any questions and fix any issues. When we sent in a maintenance request someone always came in that same day (or next day if it was late) to fix whatever was broken. I've dealt with bad management companies in the past, so I appreciated that a lot. The only issue I had with my apartment was with people smoking inside. It was a locked entry building and sometimes the smell would travel through our vents and wasn't very pleasant. Our building was switched

I was lucky enough to move in right when the complex (The Lookout) changed hands ownership wise. The new owners, At Home Apartments, were nothing but great! Their maintenance was timely, they consistently fixed issues when we reported them, and they provided the added convenience of online payments/reporting. The staff were always responsive, and they actually responded with relevant information. They alerted us to service/utility disruptions as soon as they could and even made sure that we were not charged for water during times of heavy construction.

This has been my home away from home. I went to Rockhurst and the commute was not bad from Highpointe. I loved living here because it felt like home (not a small city apartment). I never had to worry about a parking spot and the staff was really helpful. I lived there for almost 2 years.
The rooms are spacious and it was nice to have a little porch. Alicia was helpful whenever I had questions, she was always friendly.
The Maintenance crew was great at fixing a bug problem I had. They attempted to fix the air conditioning unit, however he needed to be fixed at least 9 times of me living

I can't say enough good things about at home apartments!! My roommate and I lived there for a year and were very happy with them. We ended up opting to move out after a year to the plaza where people more our own age were but I never had any problems with them. They were always there to answer questions and were prompt about any issues. In fact our present management company is awful and I sometimes regret the move!
The apartments were decent sized and I liked the fact the had a separate kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms were also good sized and there was a nice coat and linen closet

My wife and I lived there for a couple of years. I can t say it was horrible. I ve lived in worse places. But, I can t say their maintenance is award winning as they advertise. I guess spray paint does fix a water leak. Or, maybe if you ignore an issue long enough the tenant will forget about it. The staff there was not always the most friendly, either. Almost condescending at times. Look, I am not one of the other residents who need special assistance with living arrangements.

Currently live at The Gables Apartments in Mission with another girl and our pet kitty! We LOVE it here! We live in a 2bedroom 2bath and the rooms are extremely spacious! The At Home Apartments staff is wonderful! They know us by name and are quite helpful and always friendly! It's very good location with several places to shop and eat! The price is outstanding compared to most apartments in the KC metro area!
Also, every time we have called in a maintenance request they have responded the same day and the times that we have actually encountered the maintenance men they have stopped to take

Great management company, I have had nothing but good experiences since I moved in 4 months ago. Very responsive to maintenance issues, great with the snow removal of the past few big storms, and the staff is always friendly. The rent is very reasonable considering the great location. Overall a great first apartment! Highly recommended.
