When I moved to KC 6 years ago I was told that this was a great place to live. So I moved in, lived here for 2 years. Last year found myself looking for a place to live. Of course my first thought was to come back. I did and still love living here!!

I have lived here for 15 years cause it feels like home with all the extras!
The staff is always there to make it better.
Bringing the apartment community together with the summer pool party, Resident Appreciation Week and other fun stuff!

I have lived here for 4 years, and I recommend the apartment complex to everyone. It is an older apartment complex, but they are totally refurbished with new appliances. The fact that it is an older apartment complex is a good thing, because the walls are nice and thick. I rarely hear my neighbors. Maintenance is not perfect, but they generally respond fairly quickly.

If they had better funding this place would be amazing! Maintenance is not great, but they have apartments with yards. The club house and pools are amazing!

I love my apartment. It’s very cozy and comfortable and spacious. I’ve been here almost 2 years. All of my neighbors are great and I haven’t had any unpleasant events in our building. I love the indoor pool and the large trees on the property. Everyone is very friendly.
The management team is so responsive and the maintenance team has always responded quickly.
