I've lived at Arrowhead Landings for 2 years and I could not be happier. I've made the tough choice to move away and I know that I may never find a management team as good as this one. From day 1 , they've gone above and beyond. I traveled all the way from Wisconsin and they kept the office open for me, even when I was slightly late due to car troubles.
Since moving here, everything has been stellar. I've had almost every single maintenance request taken care of the same day and the maintenance staff really cares and are social birds that you can tell are dedicated to getting things done right

I have lived at Arrowhead Landing for the past couple of years. I just recently made the decision to move. I wanted to say how much I enjoyed my time while at Arrowhead Landing. And that was in large part because of the folks that work their! Maggie...Pat...Bridgette and the entire team have been so great to work with over the years... Anytime I had a maintenance issue it was promptly addressed and taken care of. If you want to be in the heart of the bustling P83 district then check out Arrowhead Landing.

Arrowhead Landing is like a home in an apartment complex. With all the extra amenities you cannot beat the price here. It has security system, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, package concierge service and even a four wall racket ball court. You cannot beat what this place has to offer. Take the time and come check it out compared to other places.

Steer clear of this place. They really impress you in the beginning, and then everything goes wrong. During the summer, the temperature in our apartment was never lower than 78, and when we asked maintenance to come fix it over and over, they said that “it’s running great” and we should be happy with that.
I initially wasn’t going to leave a review, however, the nightmare continues even after you move out. We apparently had a small fee (under 200) to pay for damages, which is no problem and we would have paid right away. There were three of us on the lease, and we all moved to different

Extremely disappointed with this community as far as the staff goes in which run the front office. I was looking to tour a community in close proximity to my current address to stay within the area of choice and had brought along my family. Apparently that was a mistake! Upon arrival, we had been greeted with a warm hello but then everything changed dramatically.
The leasing consultant “BELLA” had not offer me a seat or anything to that matter but mentioned she is unable to tour due to no pricing being available. However, I continued to ask for some basic information on a two bedroom floor

I had to come to this decision of leaving the property after careful consideration, which was difficult as I have enjoyed my 3 years at the property. The staff has always been so kind, patient and friendly. And this includes the front office, agents, and maintenance crew. I am making this choice not because I am displeased or that I am moving to another complex but purchasing my first home. I am looking to adopt and am in need of the extra space for my hopeful growing family.
