When I moved in they walked me through an all laminate floor unit and told me all units were renovated. I also called in advance to verify my unit will have the laminate & the lady confirmed yes, I did this becuase I purchased a large area rug. I moved into my unit & it have carpet throughout the entire unit, brand new carpet too. Bummer I was lied too & their online portal says all units have the luxury too but it was the opposite. We recently moved from out of state and decided on this location as a temporary home until we could find our permanent home. The amenities and location being close to Westgate was a plus. We did encounter some issues when we moved in, though, which is why I took away one star. The apartment we moved into was newly renovated but the quality was not the greatest. There were issues with missing vent covers, blinds not fitting the window, the washer not being connected properly, among other things. However, the front office staff was courteous and made sure a work order was put in to have the issues

I have lived in this apartment complex for 8 years. I have seen many changes during that time. When the property was bought out by Avenue5 Residential many changes occurred, mostly for the good. I greatly enjoy living here. I LOVE the GYM and the pool!!! Due to Covid-19 it has been more difficult to get to know the staff.

Zone Apartments is the best apartment complex Ive lived in! The apartment layouts are large and designed well. THE GYM IS ONE OF THE NICEST GYMS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, it beats gyms like LA Fitness, Esporta and Equinox. Its insane that this gym exists inside of an apartment complex. The gym alone is worth the rent. The pool area is very nice, and has cabanas for lounging and free kombucha on tap. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Zone Apartments is an awesome place to live. I love this location and they host events monthly. The pool and gym are one of the nicest I've seen at an apartment. The staff is very helpful and I've always felt safe here. The only complaint I have is the price. If I wanted to renew my lease I would have an increase of $350, otherwise I would have renewed. Been here for 5 years and would have stayed if they didn't increase the price so drastically.

I've been at Zone for over a year now and I absolutely love it! I started in a one bedroom and upgraded to a two bedroom and the transition was seemless. The staff is absolutely amazing and when and if I need assist maintenance wise it's handled rapidly. I have zero complaints at Zone and I don't plan on going anywhere no time soon ❤️

I have been living here for the past 7 months. What attracted me to this location was the amenities provided and the proximity to Westgate. My initial impression was mixed as the communication and expectations from the leasing office were not met. However, since the change of management my experience has drastically improved. Steve is absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. He has addressed all of our concerns and has transformed the experience.

Each time I come into the office, I am always greeted professionally and everyone is always smiling. Gabrielle is very competent and knowledgeable each time that I need help, she seems to have the right answer to alleviate my anxiety. Whitney is a calming force and lastly, Cayla is a great leader and is skillful at her craft. Staff and management, I would consider are the A TEAM

We moved here in January and it has been a great experience thanks to Steve! Anytime we may have any concerns he addresses them immediately. He is great communicator and ensures all of our questions are answered. Most importantly he is accessible; even when we just have to drop by for a quick question he makes himself available and is very welcoming.

If you are reading this message take it as your warning to get as far as you can from renting from this place. Is a complete mess from management all the way to the workers that take your garbage. Poor etiquette from the front office girls and managers that try and avoid doing they're job all together. No one cleans around and neighbors are noisy and management does nothing about it. You can probably find a spot to live in in better conditions around McDowell & 67th at 1/3 of the cost.

The new owners of this complex are horrible! They're communication is barely there. I was told 3 different things by different women in the office. I don't even think they know what they are doing. I haven't lived in my apartment in months and my ex kept it , I spoke to one of the managers she explained to me due to my circumstances if I sign a roommate release form and get it notarized that I will be okay and off the lease however I spoke to a women just now and she explained if he doesn't sign it as well then I'm still stuck on the lease. I'm being told so many things

This place will literally try to charge you extra fees on everything. The first week I moved in, I threw a little get together to celebrate the move. The police came and told us, we had a noise complaint. So obviously we stopped the music. The next day I get a call from the office saying their was a police report about the noise complaint and they charged us $500+ close to $600 over a simple noise complaint. How are they even allowed to charge us that much money over a NOISE COMPLAINT? It is definitely not worth living here. The rent is already $1200+ a month and they tried to
