I only lived here for a only few months before I paid to get out of my lease and moved out. Lovely units, but it was beyond frustrating to get in at 9:30 p.m. on a Wednesday night only to find someone parked my assigned parking spot. The 4-5 visitor spots were taken. No overflow parking. No security on site to enforce the parking. No option since it is a gated community. Also, the odor wafting in the air from the nearby agriculture farm was quite unpleasant.

If you'd like to live in a cockroach infested complex this is the place for you! You won't even get to your front door without seeing 10-20... but oh wait "that's normal in complexes" I was told by the maintenance man. Hmmm weird because my new place happens to be fresh construction & there's not a bug in site. Oh also they'll charge you for random things and then can't explain it and the WORST part LOL I'm not even sure that this office has set hours or days that they are even open 10 out 10 times your phones calls WILL NOT be answered. Absolutely Love these apartments! The homes are like living in a house you get your own yard and have no neighbors right next to you like in apartments. It’s so nice not having to listen to people argue or party all night. The office had a Halloween party that was so great and the office and maintenance people are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Villas on Olive.

They’ve been closed for 5 days December 31- January 4th, I decided to go to the main office this morning around 10:30 am and guess what ? yes ! Still closed, Oh and let me tell you they never answer phone calls, I want to know who’s the manager of these useless ladies ?? Because they don’t seem to care about anything, 0 professionalism, terrible customer service, If you’re thinking about renting here just consider that the management of the “villas” is terrible! They don’t even deserve one star.

I have been calling the past 5 days to get ahold of Ariel and she’s either on a lunch break or not in the office. I have tried emailing her and she never replies. This is a serious matter and it’s not being handled. It’s rude and unprofessional. I’m VERY upset and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Following my initial review of this poorly managed complex, I created another yelp to post an updated review of said complex due to how they handled the situation and it kinda just pissed me off. Basically, we lived here for a year, new management took over the last couple months, they were incompetent and "lost" our moveout paperwork with our move out date on it which was more than 30 days before final out. I don't have said paperwork anymore and they are trying to take legal action for some late moveout notice fees as well as cleaning fees which should have been covered in the

Waste of money and time. The whole application process was bs. The front office just fills you up with what you want to hear to get the non refundable application fee and administrative expenses. They denied us over a phone bill and called it a utility bill. Also they have a lot of water damage / plumbing issues / pest issues. Not recommended!

Its my 4th Day attempting to contact the leasing office to get a Rental Verification form filled out for my new rental home (yes, my lease is up and I'm moving to a new place). I understand due covid they are not seeing anyone BUT at LEAST make yourselves available for phone calls and emails. Especially for people who have a deadline for these types of request.
Overall, the units are nice BUT management has made it extremely difficult to get in touch with.

Absolutely impressed by this place. Love the location and the homes are so nice. The Manager was super nice and really cared about finding me the perfect home. I've been looking for weeks for the right home and this place is it for sure. Great price, location , beautiful homes and caring management. Looking forward to living here!

Worst place to live. We lived here through a 12 month lease. It was INCREDIBLE when my husband and I first moved in, the girls were intelligent, kind, and respectful. Then new management came in and bought the property and took over. The new girls are awful. They are rude and seem annoyed any time you have a question as if they are inconvenienced by you and don't have the time for you. They claim they have been doing their job for 20+ years but I have never seen someone less intelligent in their own position. We lived here for 12 months and we enjoyed the complex and the staff until new management took over. When we initially met the new ladies in the front office, they were extremely rude and they seemed to be bothered that we were there asking questions about our moveout.
