Horrible horrible horrible we can start by the change of Management...usually that's a good thing but this Leah is something else real rude inconsiderate it seems like she's on a whole power trip jus out to prove something at the expense of the residents she's very aggressive in a confrontational way does not uphold the standards we were used to and honestly comes off more than a bit disrespectful hopefully Calcap property does something about her she's bringing the whole morale of the complex down

First off give me my $200 back. You left me a voicemail 3 weeks ago and I'm yet to have my money back. Where is the corporate office? I'll go get it myself! The price of the apartments does not fit the location. I find it hard to believe I should be paying $1,400+ for a home that surrounded by junkies. The place isn't gated at all. It's not to know there is a washer and dryer in the unit. I visit there model unit and there was cats outside on the balcony and full of flies. I mean it was a bunch of flies. I wouldn't recommend living here even if you're desperate.

The unit itself is decent. Definitely not renovated as promised. Unless their renovation is putting in old appliances and gluing things instead of replacing them. Paying for parking when there's no assigned parking. Rent goes up more and more each month. Charges appear more than once. No one answers the phone. Maintenance however, responds right away. Will not be resigning a lease here and if rent continues to increase I will be breaking the lease.

It looks like I am not the only person to get on here and complain about parking. I have seen my neighbors threaten their neighbors lives, threaten to cut tires etc... This is the only complex I have seen with this issue. It is such a simple fix. 1 covered spot per apartment. Here you have sometimes 6 people living in one apartment, they each have a car they drive everyday and a few broke down cars they just park in the covered parking.
The only acceptble response from management would be to give each apartment 1 covered spot, and tow the cars with flat tires, abandoned, etc. I don't want to email

I have been here going on our second year with my little family! I just have to say that I LOVE my apartment and I love all of the staff and maintenance! I feel like y’all never get enough credit for what you do to make this place a lovely complex. The people in the office are always accommodating and doing the best they can to make sure us renters are happy and satisfied, definitely going above and beyond! Truly good people with great personalities that you can definitely feel comfortable around and express any concerns or questions. The Maintenance team is phenomenal! This year renewing
