I am actually sitting outside of the office right now Holly the front office manager is the rudest most monotone person I have ever met. Not one time did she say hello or look up at me the entire time I was there asking questions about renting a unit. I advised her that I would not be wanting to rent a unit due to these reasons. They're charging $1300 a month in a horrible neighborhood I couldn't believe it do not live here

Hello, My name is Ronnie, I was the new maintenance provider as of 7-1-2021 at Peoria Grand apartments. I see all of the reviews and I see all of the issues, my job was to ensure that I provide the best possible service I can. Well, I did everything I could to make y'all feel better. But the higher ups decided to let me go because I didn't conform to their way of thinking. The way they want it to run is, the grounds come first, remodeled/finished units second and tenants last! Great experience, I stopped in the leasing office right before closing in oppressive heat...on a Friday. I was handled with great care by Holly; she even offered to walk me through the bake oven heat to show me a model of the unit just to make sure I was able to see the value included with the payment. She provided excellent directions on the application process and even confirmed my application was successfully received. On a Friday at closing...fingers crossed!

It's crazy how these apartments want to charge there residents an upcharge of $1350-$1500 a month and this place isn't even worth the money especially when you come outside and see the parking lot flooded with sewer water coming from the plumbing here. Definitely would not pay that type of money for that. It's a constant thing that happens at this property.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL apartment complex I have ever had to deal with. First it was advertised through their website/ virtual tour that a washer and dryer was included which its not... and your rent reflects the same with or without the washer or dryer... i keep being told that it will get put in eventually but seeing the last review the man was promised one his whole lease and never received it..in the contract it shows blank under washer and dryer addendum and i can only assume because "that is in the works and there is no real turn around time".I've been here two months and have been charged

I loved living here but was promised a washer and dryer in my apartment through my entire lease which is now ending and I still have not even been updated but I see a lot of cosmetic work being done to the property. Great place to live but make sure you have what was promised before signing and moving in.
