I was told by a friend that I would love Windscape because the staff is friendly and the complex is quiet. SHE WAS RIGHT! Anytime I have needed something, the ladies in the office have been helpful. The complex is really quiet too. I only left because of a job transfer but will definitely recommend Windscape to newcomers.

Rented a corporate apartment. All amenities to includes kitchen appliances, bathroom towels and bedroom linens provided. Very quiet and peaceful area. Wonderful office staff and maintenance team. COVID precautions were adhered to at all times. Cable, internet and home phone were extremely helpful since I work from home. Gym and pool were available for use. Great place to live.

As soon as I walked into the leasing office at Windscape, I felt relaxed and knew that I wanted to live there. Every staff member has always been friendly, kind, and very helpful. Any problems that I had, were quickly taken care of. The maintenance team was always respectful and responsive, even going out of their way to help at times. Even my neighbors were amazing, and quiet. I truly appreciated my three years in this wonderful environment!

I move quite often and this apartment was by far my favorite! I had to choose site unseen but the many glowing reviews led me to pick this complex. The application process was smooth, the move-in was great, the staff were always extremely helpful and great to talk to. They went above and beyond on maintenance requests, utility concerns, etc. My neighbors were welcoming and the area was nice. The apartment was clean and well kept. I had no problems and stayed there a year before moving again. I highly recommend Windscape!

I have been living at windscape apartments going on a year now. The staff are awesome and so helpful. If you have a problem with your apartment maintenance comes pretty quick. They have a covered grill area, gym, laundry , vacuum, car wash area and pool. Since covid started they have even hired this really sweet cleaning lady from Clean Slate, she comes and sanitize the amenities all week she's very thorough. Windscape goes above and beyond.

I have lived here for 2 years. I moved to Madison for work and I can tell you, the folks at Windscape are THE BEST! They are all so friendly and helpful no matter what it was I needed. Maintenance was always taken care of very quickly and professionally by some of the friendliest guys in the business. The office staff are the best. Anytime I needed something, they were right on it. And my apartment itself was great. They had just remodeled it before I moved in and it looked great! I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. The price was the best around for what you got and for where it is

I ve been living here about 2 yrs and it s always quiet even on nights and weekends. The area has adequate lighting at night as well. Neighbors are great and responsible pet owners too. Recently a new dog run was added to replace the Tennis Court. The maintenance guys are excellent and sometimes they ll do an immediate response. Staff is always friendly and approachable and do a great job contacting you for mail and oversized packages too big for the boxes. Keep up the good work guys. :-)
