I'm sorry for my late appreciation to Kobe for his work to unclog my daughter's bathroom a few weeks ago. I appreciated his quick response within just a few hours after my request to Victoria. I understand some jobs are unpleasant to do, but he did it really well. Well done Kobe!
I also appreciated Ms. Fearn and you resolved the WOW bill issue. From now on, WOW will directly bill the apartment complex for my apartment's internet service. Great help from both of you!

The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious and I loved all the changes to the interior and exterior. As far as the management, they need to get it together with their payment system and communication in general. I have been told I’ve been late on payments multiple times because their online portal wasn’t working and even gotten an eviction notice because the portal was down and wouldn’t process my payment which they initially told me was paid when I called and asked about since I saw it hadn’t come out of my account. I wasn’t the only person this had happened to. It’s coming

Been here 30 months...since the "Gasshanns" spelling.
so many different managers till about 2 months ago (maybe longer)-finally! 😀
Current managers & staff, maintenance,etc..have been/ are doing- Great/Fantastic!
They have been very kind & helpful.......moved to New / upgraded unit early.
Great neighborhood!...Very pleased & happy !

All of the most recent positive reviews of this place were created by friends of the office staff to boost the ratings of this dump. Furthermore the residents who post negative reviews are intimidated to change them by the office staff otherwise the lease will not be renewed with the threat of immediate eviction. I invite all present and past tenants who are living here or have lived here while Stacy Hurtado, Jennifer Thompson, and Shaneka Fearn were managing the property as I will be organizing a class action lawsuit. I’ve waited close to six months for my refund I was promised for the apartment

Used to be great. Now it’s a mess. Moved out because we couldn’t take it anymore. After giving a 60 day notice, went to turn in the keys and was told they had no knowledge of us moving out. Provided the email with the date I sent the notice, was told something must’ve gotten lost but it would be taken care of. Now I’m receiving notices that my rent is late (Imoved out 2 months ago) but nobody will answer any of the phone numbers posted. Extremely unprofessional.

I moved into the Grand Reserve last year had no issues. In January of 2021 the complex transferred to new ownership. That's when the apartment started declining...quickly. Currently, the apartment complex is on the third management team, not sure what the problem there is, seems like a hiring issue. If you need to contact the office via information on the website, you might as well disregard, the management surely does. Emails go unanswered, your lucky if someone answers the phone, don't bother stopping by the office, supposed to be open on Saturday, every time I've stopped no one is there. If

I've lived here for several years and been through a lot of changes. Recently a new company purchased the grand reserve. At 1st the management in the office did not take care of my needs and I did not feel that I was important and felt very disrespected. A couple Months ago new management came on board and they have started renovations. Our community is looking beautiful, the management is wonderful, and it is now again the wonderful place I 1st started calling home. I would recommend everyone joining the Grand reserve at madison!! You won't be disappointed

Big disappointment on the management. Don’t answer calls or emails. Very rude to customers. Could not ask a question since she was busy. And said she was going to be there u til a certain hour but left early. I waited for a whole hour and half for her to get in her car and leave without seeing anyone of the customers today. Front door of the office was locked all day. And nobody could reach for help or ask questions. Horrible place to live.

It’s been over three weeks since we moved in. The apartment was not ready for us to move in, even though they had 70 days prior notice. We spoke with the office the morning of our move in date, and they did not convey any delays. When we got there, from out of state, they were still painting, installing appliances, and fixing plumbing. we weren’t allowed to enter the apartment until 8pm. The hot water heater was broke, there was blue tape around outlets that aren’t useable, there’s mold in the window seals, and our front door wouldnt even latch. We were t given a mailbox
