I stayed at this property for over 17 years. My time at the property was ok. I minded my business and paid my rent monthly. But their treatment of a long time resident was cruel and heartless. In September I received an eviction notice. They put it on my door like I was a miscreant. The note said I had to be out by November 9, 2021. My rent had been paid on time, even during the pandemic, I was never a problem, all though when in the 8004 unit there was a rat and chipmunk in the house and they could not get it out, I still stayed. So we moved to unit 9004. I offered to get a larger apartment because

If I could give 0 I would. First they over charge for these filthy apartments. Roaches everywhere. They do not come and fix anything. Rent is two high to look like the projects. They sit outside smoking there cigarettes all day and take people money. Horrible place to stay and that’s only from me visiting my sister house. I don’t even live here. You guys are horrible.

I am definitely amazed with the new maintenance staff. I put in a work order for my front door lock and after 5mins LITERALLY 5mins of putting it in I had a knock on my door from DAVE!!! He showed up professionally, very respectful, and informative on how he was fixing the issue!!!! And also made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with job done and I was!!!! Thanks for a wonderful job well done!

The new staff here at magnolia pointe is doing an amazing job. The property looks amazing, the maintenance staff is very responsive, the office staff is always smiling, and in a bright mood. David the new maintenance supervisor is so energetic, outgoing, and hardworking. There is never a morning that he doesn't say "Good Morning, or waves as you are leaving property" James the new technician, is so pleasant and responsive. Jessica and Anna are the new office staff and they are so vibrant. These ladies are not scared to do work. We have witnessed them picking up trash, cleaning the pool, you see

I have been an extremely long term resident. We have been in our apartment since 2007. I have seen several maintenance people come and go. James and Dave are the two newest maintenance technicians and I think they are both doing an outstanding job. They are always polite and professional. James also took time out of his day to help me this morning even when he did not have to. I hope they will both be here a long time. I hope James gets recognition for going above and beyond to help me when he did not have to.
