The black lady who answered the phone on 10/20/21 around 1:50-2:05 is RUDE and has a careless attitude. I called in to get leasing information but was interrupted a few times before I could finish my question(s). You do not talk all over future tenants or anyone else. She very much so needs to be trained on how to communicate with callers. Her customer service skills are terrible.

Great property and staff. We had been out numerous of hours looking for an apartment, everywhere we stopped either was rude to us or rushed us out the door. Anna was very professional made sure all our questions was answered and made us feel like we mattered. We definitely will be choosing Shelton Park for our new home when we move in November.

Anna is a diamond of a property manager & Shelton Park is a hidden gem of an apartment complex. The temp acted apartments may seem steep but you are in Madison & you don't have to pay for water (BONUS!) Yes, the speed bumps are an irritant but it makes the neighborhood safer. Try to avoid staying at the back of the complex, the train that runs through can be heard through the walls.
Maintenance (David) is quick, professional, funny & willing to help with just about any situation whenever it pops up. I wouldn't have left if the kitchens would've been larger.
