We have lived at Arch Street for 6 + years now . There have been several ownership changes but the one constant is Erin Eddens, who has rightfully been promoted to Manager! Congratulations Erin! She is a bright light who helps in any way possible when problems arise. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders. John is great to work with as well. I know they have a bunch of improvements coming this next year which will make the complex an even better place to live.

I love living at Arch st. Erin moved me in and has always helped whenever I've had any questions or concerns! I always come to the office to hang out with erin and Chelsea- they are always so welcoming and friendly! the amenities are great but could use more gym equipemt- and I really like my apartment and the convenience of my garage!

I moved in around July of this year and it's been a pleasant experience. I come to hang out with the ladies in the office from time to time and they are always smiling. I've never had any issues with my apartment other than neighbors leaving trash out but other than that, I've enjoyedliving here. Maintenance is attentive too.

Just recently renewed my lease for a second time. Absolutely love staying here. I honestly was debating leaving 4 vs. 5 stars due to an unpleasant experience within the first 3 months of me moving in but the ladies at the office have been very attentive and concerning. I’m glad I chose Arch Street.

Apartment was nice when we first moved in. Things started gradually falling apart. I was putting work orders in mutliple times for the same issue because it didn't get fixed the first time. The rent payment process is slow and the fees are ridiculous if there is a minor issue. The staff has proved to be very unhelpful and unprofessional

Erin who works with the management has been wonderful at all times. I have lived here for three years and there has not been one email I have not sent that she not only replied to but resolved in less than 24 hours (24 hours was mainly because she was off the day I sent the email to her). Great apartments and have a fantastic view with big windows. Erin the property manager worked with us to help us find a nice apartment and huge 2 car garage. The air conditioning and heating works better than all my other apartments. I think it would be cool if we could get a smart home (like Vivint) thermostat and door lock so you change the settings from your phone and unlock the door without a key. But everything has been great at this apartment complex it's gated and safe and the apartments are pretty.

Amazing apartment complex. I don't understand why these others are so negative about it (probably because they are impatient and expect things to be fixed in 5 seconds) (my ac works perfectly, and when I had a problem with my apartment they fixed it very promptly). The management and staff are so nice and this apartment is 100% the nicest and most luxurious apartment I've ever stayed at. I would 100% recommend this to my friends and family!

The assistant manager Erin leasing agent Dustin and grounds keeper Paul were excellent people to work with while I moved into my apartment. I especially needed some assistance because my apartment was a complete mess when I moved in. This was due to the previous cleaning service did a terrible job "cleaning" the space. The good team above were able to clean my apartment in a timely manner and compensated me with a garage for my lease term.

Nice place...unless your AC goes out. I've been living here for 6 years, and this most recent summer I have had horrible luck with my air conditioning. I have filed no fewer than 6 maintenance requests asking for it to be fixed. Each time, I have had to wait several days for someone to come out, and the "fix" has been recharging the refrigerant. This cools things down for a few days to 2 weeks, but before long it climbs up again. As a result of this inattentiveness, my electric bill has skyrocketed compared to years past. Naturally, the AC is out right now, and they won't come
