Don’t rent through them. We should have had our full deposit back upon move out, but instead found out that WE OWED. They were charging us for renovations they wanted to make on the home after we left, not even normal wear and tear as it should have been, if anything. We even made personal improvements to the property ourselves while residing there two years.
We ended up filing a case against them, and they eventually paid up because they were in the wrong for this shady, criminal behavior (who knows how deep it goes). I’m sure they try to take advantage of people as a regular practice. RENTERS

Was told in Feb that they'd help us through the process of renting out our home and that they "like to err on the side of overcommunication rather than no communication." We often would go weeks to a month without hearing from our rep unless I sent numerous emails trying to make contact. We were told conflicting information IF we got a response from anyone. The cleaning company they hired overcharged and didn't do well, it was nearly two months to have any follow up on that, and the resolution was forgotten until I had brought it up via complaint with the BBB. My credit score didn’t come up on the app provided and nothing else was done by the company to retrieve it. The bank had no problem easily finding it. I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received and never spoke with an actual human being at any point of the application process. Very little professionalism , just seems like they collect a bunch of applications and don’t follow through after payment is received. I’m guessing that is how things work when you need a repair in your rental. Avoid this company

RPM Abq is a prompt and efficient organization, who I trust to manage my grandmother's home(currently a rental unit). Recently we did some minor renovation between tenants and discovered some work which required professional contractors. Leslee was quite helpful in recommending and coordinating with local pros to assure the property was in top shape.

I will be very blunt here. I did not have a typical move in experience that it seems everyone else had. My main point of contact in the beginning had left the company and it was just really bad timing with my move in date and preparing the house, and etc. The entire time I was having issues with communication but fortunately though, Diana Reyes, took over my property and became my main point of contact. Diana really helped me get the house in order and answered any question I had. She was the saving grace for me and RPM. Having a skilled and compassionate worker can really make a company shine

This is the worst management company ever! I will never rent a property they manage again. We got our keys on our move in date and they were the wrong keys. It then took them two days to get us the right keys. When I kindly let them know the lock box was still on the front door and the sign was still out front they threatened me with fees if I touched them. The house was not cleaned well and the back door was left open a few inches which left an insane amount of dirt, leaves, etc. in the house. The swamp cooler was not on when we moved in and it took multiple days for them to send someone out

Wow worst experience with this company ever. First off no one answers the phone, put an application in for a house, hit my credit, but was asked by email for my social security card, called to ask why or if I could go in person. Went in person no one was at the location. Then get an email that tells me that someone else got the house when I was told by a lady that said you have first call on house everything looks good. Sent in everything they asked for by email. Except the social security card. What kind of rental management place is this? If I could give zero stars I would. Had me and my family
