We started when Century City was young and grew with it. We worked with Local Studios and patients from around the world and around the block. Backed by the expertise of Dr. Andreia Minasian Silvera's training as a dental anesthesiologist who also happens to be Dr. Richard Silvera's wife, our sedation options allow patients enhanced safety and comfort. This medication add-on is commonly used by patients who suffer from severe cases of dental anxiety or phobia.
A preventive program is a cooperative effort by the patient, dentist, and dental staff to preserve the natural dentition and supporting structures by preventing the onset, progress, and recurrence of dental diseases and conditions. Preventing dental disease starts at home with good oral hygiene and a balanced diet.
Digital radiography (digital x-ray) is the latest technology used to take dental x-rays. This technique uses an electronic sensor (instead of x-ray film) that captures and stores the digital image on a computer. This image can be instantly viewed and enlarged helping the dentist and dental hygienist detect problems easier.

Dr. Silvera is the beat dentist. I am certain that some might assess that statement to be simplistic hyperbole, but I assure you it is not. Dr. Silvera truly is the best at what he does. He and his entire staff are the epitome of professional. Their knowledge, skill and attention to detail is most impressive. Each patient is treated as if they were their only one. The utmost care and consideration is given to each person's situation. Procedures are carefully considered and explained. I find this particularly helpful as I tend to be wary about having work done. Doctor Silvera is an amazing dentist. Carring and meticulous. The reason I took a star away is because the person in charge of accounting in front desk, kept trying to sell me services I didn't need and she insisted on it. And when I refused she told me that I have to sign a waver for release of liability for refusing the service. Here is the kicker, she never gave me such paper. It makes me wonder if that was a sells tactic...

I was looking for a new dentist and a friend recommended Dr.Silvera's office. From the minute I walked in the staff could not have been any nicer. My hygienist Shiva was awesome! Dr.Silvera and Shiva were both so great with my teeth, the cleaning, and also about letting me know how to keep better dental hygiene skills. Dr. Silvera is an artist! I have a very difficult case and he is creating a whole new bite and smile for me. He's also the most gentle dentist I've ever been to. His staff is friendly and helpful. I recently had a fair amount of work done by Dr. Silvera and I can honestly say he is the kindest and most caring dentists that I have ever had. He checks in with you frequently asking how you are doing and if you need a break. Dr. Silvera is a perfectionist and takes his time to make sure the work is done correctly. His entire staff are friendly and helpful.

Dr Silvera used to be one of the best. I honestly thought there was non better. But now, I'm not sure exactly what's happened to him. Possibly burnt out. But the last few visits have been rushed and incomplete. Lately, phone calls and emails don't get returned or answered. This is not just due to the COVID 19, this has been going on for a while. I've been seeing Richard Silvera for 40 years and will trust no one else with my complicated dental work. I have to drive about 70 miles in traffic, but always do so when I have a major issue with my teeth. His staff and assistants are wonderful, and they always make an effort to accommodate my schedule. Dr. Silvera has been my dentist for about 30 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about him and his staff. Without him I would probably have dentures by now. He does fabulous work and I have pretty much experienced everything from fillings, crowns to implants. Always up to date with everything, very exact, and tedious.
