Dr. Silva A. Arejian is unprofessional & hung up the phone on me twice for no apparent reason.
Tuesday (8/3/21) @ 9:21 am (6-min call) - First called to get info on their teeth whitening services as I have no prior knowledge/experience. Was told teeth whitening would be $299 for the Zoom service & that it'd be a 1-hour service. Person I spoke w/ recommend I get a cleaning first. I already used up my Dental insurance allowance for the year, so I asked how much was cleaning w/o insurance which they said $123. They asked about scheduling and I said I need to think about it as the purpose

I've visited the office three times now in 2021, and each time, she and her staff ensured that I felt comfortable right away, being generally attentive, asking if I needed anything while I waited (the office is always stocked with coffee and water), and ensuring a less-than-fifteen-minute wait. Trying to find a dentist post covid (we'll sort of), was a really daunting task. A lot had closed their doors for good unfortunately. The few I did visit were meh at best. Finally before giving up the quest and just going the nearest Western Dental I could find I tried Silva A. Arejian, DDS and my prayers were answered. All the staff were very accommodating and professional which was definitely a major plus. And for the best part, the pain was almost non existent!! I got four fillings and a cleaning. I knew that they were not telling the truth that they had no appointments available for January so I had a friend call right after me and they i formed them that they had plenty of availability my friend book the appointment and sent me the email confirming the appointment that they sent . I will be reporting This to the dental board . I absolutely cant believe they did that. It is hard to say that this does not feel like discrimination and fraud especially since I didn't get all my work done that i paid for.

GROUPON SCAM ALERT! Typical story of a dentist office trying to up-sell cleaning, deep cleaning, X-rays, irrigation ALL prior to a simple teeth whitening. WHY NOT JUST ADVISE ME TO GO GET MY CLEANING WITH MY INSURANCE PROVIDER PRIOR!!! I wish I could give this experience negative 5 stars because this has been the worst dental visit I've ever had in 35 years! I've been in sales for over 16 years so here's my advise; If someone goes in for a whitening complete the service PRIOR to trying to up-sell. You will retain A LOT more clients along with the possibility of getting new clients

It was my first time having an appointment here. Upon arrival, they had me fill out the usual general information forms. The staff was professional and friendly. They followed the safety guidelines implemented by COVID-19 such as wearing face mask and keeping the place sanitized. I really appreciated the fact that they sat down with me to go over what I needed, what my insurance was covering, how much I would pay out of pocket, and the recommended visits for the procedures needed. Will definitely be back to this location.

This dentist is a crook and has no problem drilling into your perfectly healthy teeth just to take your money. Check the other reviews on here that say the same. I came to her after buying a Groupon deal for a cleaning and exam, which was a good deal. However, she told me I had four cavities that needed to be filled and that I also needed a special deep cleaning in all 4 quadrants. Even when she pointed out the "dark areas" on my x-rays, I couldn't really see what she was talking about, but I trusted her because she is a doctor and I am not. I walked out of there with an estimate

This was the worst, most unprofessional, painful and disrespectful dental visit I have ever had. This lady dentist was either sick and medicated, or drunk. She first slipped with the drill while working on a cavity and cracked a perfectly healthy tooth. I could literally feel it crack. Then, moving on to another part of my mouth, she jabbed the needle into my jaw to numb that area, which not only hurt horribly but also apparently hit either some optical/cranial nerve or extraocular muscle because my eyes went cross immediately. The doc realized what had happened and just walked out without a word

The most horrible dental experience ever. Dr. Areijan might can do a basic dental work but not a cosmetic dental in any shape of form. Top of that, the technicial (lab) is unprofessional as well so it is what it is. Julie is a nice person but I felt extremely uncomfortable with this rude doctor.... lots of negative energy!

Dr. Arejian has become my primary dentist over the past couple of years. Her expertise is apparent as soon as she walks into the examination room. I hold the same high regard for her hygienists and her administrative staff - who's always able to help me work with my difficult insurance provider.

Save yourself and go to another dentist! She is TERRIBLE! She only wants to get your insurance working for unnecessary work !!! She made up 7 cavities for me (7!!!!) when i have NEVER had anything done to my teeth, do regular check ups and cleaning! Regardless, she drilled for NO REASON into my teeth - my other dentist looked at my xrays and said I had NOTHING ! My bad is that I should have gotten a second opinion prior to letting her and her staff bully me into getting that work done as soon as possible !!! She should be banned from practicing dentistry!

Completely thrilled with my experience! Went over the top and didn’t even charge me for extra intraoral images that I had request. Explained all of my options with a clear breakdown of fees and how long treatment would take. My xrays were taken so gently and my cleaning was so thorough! Expert instructions were given for me to keep up my dental care. I am very satisfied I have found my dentist.

Let me preface this by saying that I haven't been to a dentist's office in 4 years after my last horrible experience with a dentist. But I knew I had to do a visit sooner or later because I still want my teeth at 60. Thank God, my insurance suggested Dr. Arejian.
She, her staff, and her genius hygienist took all of my past experiences into consideration. They not only explained every procedure to me in detail, but they outlined all of the pros and cons regarding price, overall health benefits, and possible pain issues. I never felt pressured to pay for anything or get anything done

As a student from USC, I had trust knowing she has her degree from USC as well. However, I had purchased a groupon cleaning discount, which was obviously too good to be true.
It had been 8 months since my last cleaning and this was the most excruciatingly painful cleanings I've ever experienced. When I asked her why it was so painful (she was literally digging into my gums with her tools), she said I had gingivitis. Please note: I am a non-smoker and I floss 1x a day.
