I really don't know how this place have a five starts.
I'm giving one because I have to. But it's the worst dentist clinic I've been to! I got there at 4 because my appointment was at 4 and they took me in at 5:30!! They still had me waiting inside.! The assistant who helped with the x-rays seemed like she didn't want to work. She seemed bother. A guys working inside said "it's 5:30 and we still have 8 people waiting, just call one person and if they don't show up book them for another day. Omg they been here waiting for more than an hour.!!!!

I have been here for a total of 3x. Each time I visited this dental group the dental assistants and people at the front desk were unprofessional. Some of dental assistants are extremely nosey when it comes to patients business. Will often but in a conversation in a conversation between you and the doctor. They also don't wear their masks all the time, and are very rude and present an attitude when you ask them anything. The doctor is nice and friendly, which is the only reason I continue to come.

Iam definitely Filing it against David because he ain't Front Tooth
Yet alone they charge 800$ for one Crown
besides that idiot dentist David the other dentist I have no complaints about
Went in one day for toothache was sent home with no pain killers antibiotics the worse part was I had a tiny chip in my front tooth and stupid David literally fixed it by cutting my tooth down looks unnoticeable but put a crack in my tooth with out asking me if I wanted that which now left me with a cold

In the past month I've been receiving some of the best care this dentistry has to offer. They've been caring, efficient and honest in their work both in and out of the chair. I can honestly say that the services offered here may be some of the best I've received thus far. As for the dental work itself, it's solid work and the process is very well explained to you. I've neglected to ask the name of the doctor who I see regularly, but she's vocal about what she's doing, always asking if you're comfortable and makes little notes to let you know anything else about your dental hygiene. If i could give 0 starts i would. My mom went in for a toothache thinking she would walk out with no pain and the tooth problem would be fixed. Well she was wrong. She walked out with excruciating pain. I asked what they did to her tooth and she said the dentist told her she would clean out the tooth and would work on it another day because she had other patients waiting to be seen. So I called the nurses they told me they could not do a root canal because she was a first time patient. But that they would prescribe her some pain meds and antibiotics. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This is better than I hoped for. The staff is more than amazing. They are very patient, kind, understanding, accommodating and they go above and beyond to make it the most pleasant experience. I would recommend to everyone that is searching for the best all around clinic to look no further. Thanks for the best experience ever!

I must admit we waited quiet a bit but it was worth every second because the doctor and her assistants were stellar. The manager, Heidi, beyond professional. She went out of her way to help my daughter get out of pain. We left the clinic happier than any place we ever been. Impossible to beat these folks. They're bilingual, helpful and best of all they're human.

When I first became a client they treated me to well and even went above and beyond to help me and treat me. Heidi took the extra time to get me the best qualifying treatment. BUT, now that I have been a regular customer the service has dropped tremendously. I mean I get scheduled at a certain time YET don't get seen till an hour later. Like I understand that they have other clients but then why over book? Only down fall from my experience.

Jen was polite and super helpful when I checked in made the process super easy.
Dr.David was direct and extremely informative regarding my teeth explained the options I had.
Lupe was the most sweetest person ever. Helped me relax while my anxiety was getting high reminding me to breath and everything would be okay.
Tiff was super helpful going my insurance.

I just finished with my visit and there customer service is great. Throughout the visit the staff have been very nice and helpful my doctor was Dr.Vaide she was great in explaining what she going to do today. My family and I only came in for a our 6 month check up. My brother says that he likes the doctor because she was very funny and nice and so does my mom (we all had the same doctors).when it came to cleaning my teeth I had the most nice doctors helping me and my family she was nice and explained each step as she was doing it. I have been coming here for years and the staff has always been so helpful specifically Jen Heidi and Luis. If I ever have any questions I can always call and they are always really helpful I've never really had any issues here. My boyfriend even got his braces done here and his teeth came out PERFECT! Can't wait til I'm done with my braces too! Thank you guys!

There were about 6 staff members behind the main check-in desk without a mask, putting on makeup, eating and chatting while more than 10 clients came in and signed in with the SAME pen right after one another.
9:55 a.m.-client had questions about a form, the staff said "we don't start until 10" and asked him to take a sit. Another employee walks in and asks the 6 staff members if the rooms got cleaned, they responded "they're all dirty except for 7 and 8".
10:00a.m.- I approached the staff now that they're on the

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this dental group! We went in a real time of need for my boyfriend, with no dental insurance and a horrible molar pain, Whittier Dental Group was there to aid us through the entire game plan!
The staff here at Whittier Dental Group is beyond amazing, they truly think of their patients first & are always there to help! This is a one stop shop for all things dental, they even have a financial consultant who was so sweet in figuring out what would benefit us & helped us set up a game plan that we all agreed on!
