Great value living arrangements and "polite" staff. Will lie and give you the runaround about everything. Will not repair units. Will tell you one thing just to shut you up for the rest of the day, only to repeat the cycle endlessly instead of just being up front with you about timeframes. Frustrating to work with.

Awful to deal with in general, but the icing on the cake was making the security deposit checks out to both tenants of our unit rather than the person whose name and SSN were tied to the escrow account for the funds. In the time we lived there, we had a sewage flood that ruined a decent amount of our belongings, no luck getting practically anything fixed in the apartment, and finally this issue with the deposit return. They also forgot to send out lease renewals to multiple tenants this year. Genuinely abysmal, stay very far away if you can.

Critical: Responsiveness
Haven't received my $700 security deposit in two years despite constantly calling. Look elsewhere for renting.

The employees at DeRosa properties are fantastic people very helpful indeed an they run there property management in a very professional way keeping there Apts up to date an always treat people fairly!!!!!!!

I stayed with Derosa Properties in lowell for 4 years through out college. Never had any problems. Rent prices were very fair. Land lord was always willing to help when needed. Derosa Properties is the ideal college apartment company.

Critical: Quality
They take advantage of all college kids. Basically running a monopoly against UML students. Driveway and sidewalks were never shoveled or salted. Had to beg and call multiple times to get repairs. This place certainly is not up to inspection.

As a tenant at De Rosa property now l live knowing that l am fearless here knowing that Robert and the Maintenance Team Frank in particular Who l got to know pretty well are amazing people they make sure u don’t have a bad experience here with them and slam lords is never the case here honestly they have a lot of respect and care towards their tenants and l love that
Mostly in Lowell you will not fine anywhere like it
The property is very modern and up to date very clean and did l mention well care for. Lowell is not 💯 percent the best place to live at but trust me De Rosa property is one

As a tenant, I am very happy with everything. The DeRosa team is extremely responsive and attentive. I had my refrigerator replaced by the maintenance guys VERY quickly and they even took my trash out on their way out!
