I lived at The Hub for a year and was so sad that I had to move, due to relocating with my job. This is the type of community you would stay at for years, and my exceptional experience extended beyond my move out, which is just an even greater testament to this world class management team! Heather, Sheila, Marie - amazing ladies, and thank you so much for helping with mail and packages in our transition! I had a beautiful 3rd floor apartment, with high ceilings, facing the court yard and pool, with great sunsets, and I just loved it! Maintenance requests were always responded to promptly, questions

Loved this property until we noticed the plethora of cockroaches that appear to be all over the property. Whenever we walk our dog, we always see them. This morning, there was a huge one in our garage. A dead one on our balcony. I could go on and on. Note that we keep our apartment clean at all times and other residents have said the same about their living situation. Makes me very uneasy and uncomfortable every day living here. It’s disgusting, disappointing and not what I’d expect from “luxury living.”

I love living in the The Hub community! I relocated to California, from Atlanta, and chose the Hub without seeing it in person first. I was so impressed by the level of service, from both Sheila and Heather throughout the entire process, and upon arriving, only continued to be more impressed by this beautiful community! The apartments are modern, tastefully designed, they offer open floor plans, which I love, and I'm on the 3rd floor with extra windows, and adore all of the natural light I get in my apartment.

We absolutely love this community! We tried finding a place being new to the area and not able to visit in-person. Heather was great at communicating with us and helped us find our apartment. The Hub Apartments are reasonably priced, located really close to the highway on our way to our jobs downtown, and has such a nice apartment layout. The apartment complex is great at communicating with us and are so kind! My husband and I love living here!

This is one of the best places to stay in Folsom. Not only for the wonderful amenities that includes a salt water pool, but the staff - Sheila and Heather will do everything within their power to make sure your stay is pleasant. Heather and Sheila are very responsive and do an EXCELLENT job! The apartments are clean and the grounds are very well maintained.
Pre-COVID they did many things for the residents and it felt like a family. Post-COVID has made it more difficult for events but the property is still an excellent choice. I have stayed there for a year and only left because I relocated

I am rating this place highly because what is true of all apartment living is that you'll be interacting with the staff when needs arise and the staff here is excellent. Every interaction has been pleasant, they are attentive, helpful, and I have always had responses come quickly. Shopping, entertainment, and eating are all within a few minutes drive. If you work at Intel it's an 8 minute walk from my kitchen to my cube.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at The Hub. Heather and Sheila have been nothing short of amazing. I lived at The Hub for 1 year and during that period there was never an email that wasn't responded to within a couple hours or a concern that wasn't addressed right away. Heather and Sheila always smiled and waived and made me feel a sense of community that often times is lacking in an apartment setting. I highly recommend the Hub not just for their great amenities, but for their top notch staff.

We live in Hub Apartments and love it love it love it. The apartments are beautiful, well built, modern.
