We have a new maintenance man. His name is Quinton. I was really please with how fast and efficiently he completed the maintenance request. He is quite personable and he is neat and clean!!! That means a lot to me. He didn’t mind wearing booties as we don’t wear shoes. I appreciate that he was receptive. Hope he stays, would be nice to have Quinton keep doing great work. The grounds have been very clean also!! Thanks.

Forest Ridge have an excellent staff. Jessie have been wonderful with me, and giving me information I needed to have. Every time I call she always there and answer. She is a wonderful person. I enjoy the quiet, for the most part, of the complex. Of course you'll have kids any where you go, but over all no body bothers you, management is very helpful along with their maintenance team. Definitely LOVE the pool since there's barely anyone there during the day, which is my favorite time to soak up the vitamin D. the office ladies go out of their way to help you to the best of their ability. theres no perfect place but I could see myself here for a long time until it's time to buy it build that home. 😍
