Had a break in to my vehicle causing $8000.00 in damage a long with 16 other vehicles that same day. Drastic increases in crime from SWAT raid, auto theft break ins to others. Doesn’t have available parking for residents. Property told me they will do nothing to help or prevent crime. “We are not responsible for the safety of the residents. “ direct quote from management. Don’t move here. Maintenance is the only thing worth the cost!

This is a very nice apartment complex. Most of the residents are friendly, the amenities are awesome, (Too bad for the porch pirates out there this place has a package room) and the office staff have been helpful. My only two issues are parking and the paint used in the apartments themselves. Management is taking steps to address the parking though, as that becomes a problem during the weekend having to park a good distance from where you live. As to the paint, while it is a nice color selection, it tends to run or smudge extremely easy with the smallest amounts of moisture. Overall, you would

Living at Fox Hunt Farms was an amazing experience, I have made life long friends and some I consider family. Fox Hunt Farms is a wonderful place to live, grow up in, or retire in. The Fox Hunt staff was always nice and always willing to help the tenants regardless the request - special shout out to Chelsy! The amenities are great and the neighbors are welcoming. I would definitely recommend Fox Hunt Farms to anyone looking for a place to call home. Coming from New York I was very nervous about relocating, but the staff here went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

Moving to Fox Hunt Farm was an outstanding experience.
The location is in a top level school district, has wonderful amenities ( pool and social areas) and wonderful people! From the moment we applied, their staff was extremely helpful and available (moving from 600 miles away) for all of the questions and concerns we had. From ensuring we had all the needed documentation, setting up the utilities, and getting the apartment prepped; they were always ready and available to lend a helping hand. The office team (special shout out to Haley), the complex manager and maintenance crew have been nothing

I've been renting apartments for years now, and I can honestly say that Fox Hunt Farms has been the BEST experience I've had! I love my apartment. The loft is a very modern design with a floor-plan that you wouldn't expect to see in an apartment.The office staff has always been super nice and helpful, and are actually responsive when I need something. The maintenance guys are also great. Any issues are handled quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this complex to anyone interested in renting in the Fort Mill area!

I have lived here pretty much since Fox Hunt opened and it's been great. The property has a lot of great amenities and is very well maintained by a fantastic staff. Chelsy, the manager, is always so accommodating and helpful, as is all of the office staff. They know you by first name and seem to really care for all the people who live here. Maintenance is also very courteous and knowledgeable. My apartment is spacious and I love all of the upgrades. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Fort Mill.
