I have had a good experience with Riverstone I’ve been living here since 2014 and haven’t had any problems they normally come out if there’s a problem it’s handled in a timely fashion the neighbor’s are pretty quite it’s a nice place to live and I just had work done in my apartment on Tuesday the 16th of Nov the maintenance guy was able to find the problem and fix it he did everything that was needed althou it took a while to get to me in which he did Apologize for so I’m grateful for that overall I’m happy with everything here Thanks Yolanda Nelson Husein

I have been here since October and every thing has been smooth and lovely from jump. Kendra is amazing. She has been a pleasure anytime I’ve spoken with her. Also, with my two maintenance requests I’ve had, they were resolved promptly. Other than the trash that sometimes piles up at the outside dump I am very satisfied with my apartment. I am definitely comfortable living here.

Riverstone Apartments is a wonderful complex. I've been here for almost two years and have been comfortable for its entirety. It's really a place to call home. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They are very accurate on maintenance upkeep. They are pretty much always there when you need them. A pet friendly environment. My little guy loves it just as well. My neighbors are pretty great. It's almost like a little family. I can say I've never lived anywhere sweeter. I love Riverstone Apartments. Great Place!!!

I moved here thinking what they told me rhat this place was newly renovated apartment homes, I moved in in 3/20/20 and we have had the most issues of over 20 maintenance issues with NO Fix. They are Rude and ignore you to the fullest. To standing water, to no air conditioner And ceiling fans. From dish washer to toilets leaking and overflowing to a high utilities bill. This place is like living in a bad prison system. Don't believe the hype and if u have $1079 and want to enjoy living paying it without the Sauce go someplace else.

New management is awesome. She is fair and addresses all issues in a timely manner. My neighbors finally stopped putting their trash outside their door lol. I love the new little gifts from maintenance when they come to complete work orders. I also get a courtesy text to make sure my work orders are complete, that NEVER happened in the past. Even with the office closed during this pandemic I can see changes in my neighborhood.

I love it here at Riverstone! I will agree that when I first moved here maintenance took awhile (it’s gotten a lot better of the year), but it’s just one person doing all the work. I have personally not had any issues getting things fixed relatively timely. I have been here a year now and just renewed my lease. Michelle is wonderful and works with you with whatever you need. Please remember that, yes, she is the manager, but she does not set the policies and procedures. Varner does (they own the place).
