Great apartment complex! We moved in about a week ago and we love it. Staff are incredible friendly and helpful. Maintanance is fast and kind (we just had a small issue with our dishwasher). The apartment was super clean when we moved in. The dog park and playground are wonderful as well as the other amenities which are all very nice, well kept and clean! Highly recommend!

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. My car has been hit twice here and not a single person wanted to fess up to it. The terrible children that live here run rampant through the parking lot and don't care if there's cars coming , they constantly will crash things into your car leaving scratch marks all over it. I've had three packages and one door dash stolen from my doorstep. The management team has changed here more times than I can count. MOVE AT YOUR OWN RISK. This is one of the worst apartment complexes in this area. I’ve been here since January. The roaches pay rent here too, and there are more families of bugs than there are families of humans. They make you sign a bug contract just to have every bug in the ecosystem living there. The staff lacks communication, they don’t respond to emails, and they’re just lazy and careless in general. Where do I even begin with this property. About 5+ years ago, I had a close friend who lived here so I thought this was going to be a positive experience, but it has been a complete nightmare. Here are just a few highlights of the terrible experience I had.
1. I was pleased with the pricing of my apartment, but every single summer I have had issues with my A/C unit. There were small "fixes" done but it literally was an ongoing issue and caused me to have insanely expensive electric bills during summer time.

They have an bug problem. I think these are water bugs or beetles roaches I’m not sure but it’s crazy. The pest control does absolutely nothing when they come. You’re better off just buying stuff to try to kill them yourself. It’s crazy that the apartments like these have huge bugs in it! I think if this keeps up I’m going to call and see what can be done about it. Cause these bugs are HUGE

We feel like we hit the lottery living here. Our apartment feels so spacious and is full of natural light. The paint, carpet, and wood flooring appear new and the appliances are modern and in good condition. And we love the garden tub! Plus there’s no tile in the showers to grow grime in. The location is very convenient and the area is pleasant. The amenities and grounds are well maintained. I have yet to hear any obnoxious neighbors or loud music, unlike in previous apartments we’ve lived in. I’ll be moving in within two weeks from Charlotte, NC. Kyla has taken her time to make sure that I’m good to go, she has been very patient and always friendly even when I was being super picky lol (switched units twice). Any questions or concerns have been answered promptly and accurately! The amenities are a plus & I’m getting way more for my money than I would in Charlotte. I look forward to the new scenery & becoming a resident of Millcrest.

We have been living at Millcrest Park for just over 2 years and have never been late with our rent! At the beginning of the Corona pandemic I unfortunately lost my job. My wife and I struggled to make ends meet for a few months and still was never late with our rent. This past month we had trouble making the rent on time and requested a payment plan. The front office requested a copy of my unemployment from the state of South Carolina, so I provided that to them and asked them to reach out to me with any other requests. Although I chosen not to rent from Millcrest, the person I dealt with during the process, Roxy, was wonderful. The units I saw seemed very nice, clean and lovely, the amenities sounded fantastic, but in reality, I would not likely use the movie theater and the social events are almost always geared towards a very young crowd. All of which is rolled into my rent, while reasonable, it was not the apartment I was looking for in the end. I did find a lovely place with a balcony for the same price, without some of the amenities, but, Roxy was just wonderful, courteous, knowledgeable and concerned

What an awesome leasing experience we had today.. Personally the apartment fits my needs. Nothing fancy but it's spacious and you can't beat the location with it being right behind aldis and only a few minutes from most major grocery stores. Love the pool and they have one of the largest and best apartment gyms I've seen. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible experience. The apartment itself was fine, but the appliances were always breaking. I was on the second floor and my upstairs neighbors were out of control, they blasted music and stomped around all day and all night- WAY more than the usual "apartment" noise that you will get. I couldn't sleep and my child was constantly waking up every single night. The management did absolutely nothing to fix the problem and I had to move out early because it was so obnoxious.

This is one of the worst places I have ever lived. The walls are so thin you can hear everything around you. Our appliances are always breaking. Management lies to everybody. They know nothing about customer service. They rarely notify you if you have a package. The parking lot is always a mess. This is just all around a horrible place. There are far better and cheaper options in the area.

Do not rent here. I have had safety issues in my building, dog feces around the grounds, dishonest management that will say anything to hurry the lease signing. We had a building fire, no acknowledgement from management. I had to pay hundreds of dollars to replace 3 tires punctured by pointy screws and nails. I have pictures of nails and screws outside construction zone all along parking area. Submitted it to management no response. Do yourself a favor rent elsewhere. More lies from management 10/11/16. Do NOT rent here.
