Let me first say, I am a dental hygienist so I’m naturally very picky. So even though I could get free dental care at the clinic I work for, I choose to go to Dr. Ip because his dental work is PERFECT.
I have worked for dentists that are super nice and friendly but their dental work is embarrassingly bad. 🤦♀️
Dr. Ip’s priority is your dental care not chatting about your kids and dogs for 10 minutes. 🙄 Also, Dr. Ip’s infection control is better that ANY dentist I have ever met! Seriously.
The office is clean, modern, efficient, uses cutting edge technology, and the entire staff

Smile 360 has up to date technology, an incredible and resourceful staff, and I generally had great care here. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because Dr. Ip could work on his people skills a little bit more. There were many times where I had a hard time understanding my procedure or next steps, and would need staff guidance to explain on Dr. Ip's behalf. There were other times where I felt a lack of personal space or understanding if I felt uncomfortable during examinations. I found my new forever dental practice. I was blown away with the knowledge and expertise of everyone in the office. I have major anxiety when visiting the dentist. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all today. I'm fact, I left feeling at ease knowing I would never have another negative dental experience now that I am seeing Dr. Ip and his amazing team! My appointment started at 9am and that is when I was seen (awesome).

Had my first visit today. The staff is absolutely amazing. Tiffany performed my initial x-rays and examination. She later performed the cleaning and completed the cleaning with no discomfort on my end. Dr. Ip came in later to consult. He is pretty hilarious. I would highly recommend this office; especially for anyone who is looking for a new, fun, and professional staff and also for those who have had bad experiences at other offices.

Can't say enough good things about Smile 360 and the staff. Tiffany was amazing, she walked me through each X-ray, explained every step and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Ip was great! You can tell he really cares about his work and his patients. He went through in detail everything on my exam and explained in layman's terms what was going on and what I could do for preventative care. I had to have a filling replaced and Dr. Ip made sure I was comfortable and let me know how to signal him if I was in any pain, which I really appreciated.

I've been going to Smile360 since I moved to Austin 8 years ago, and they have certainly earned my loyalty! From Invisalign to cleanings to crowns and everything in between, Dr. Ip is always clear about treatment plans and very friendly, and the staff has been nothing but wonderful and kind! As someone who takes good care of her teeth but due to genes and bad luck ends up in the dentist's office a lot, I never have felt anxiety when I'm there, and that's saying a lot! 10/10 recommend.

Dr Ip and his team are the best in the dental biz! After 15 years in Austin and trying out 7-8 dentists I've found where I'll be going for the all my dental needs! Friendly staff & great service is what you'll be greeted with & Dr Ip takes a more wholistic approach to oral health. He doesn't just try to sell you fillings and unnecessary services like some of these other dentists in central Austin. Go to Smile 360, you can thank me later!!!!

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Ip and the team at Smile 360. I moved to Austin in 2011 and struggled to find a dentist that I trusted in Austin. I loved my dentist in Arizona and was so sad to leave him that I even continued to see him a year after my move. I finally found a new dental home at Smile 360. I love the all team, the office (the privacy is great), and most importantly, the knowledge and care of Dr. Ip. He is interested in your overall health (not just your teeth).

Dr Vincent is a smart dentist. He has a passion for researching health and technology. Smile 360 is one of the few places in Austin to use CEREC technology which is how I found this practice and I am so happy I found it. The office is super nice and very professional staff. They billed precisely how they should and didn't hassle me like other offices have. My family has complicated teeth issues and Dr Vincent was able to handle them no issues and he knew so much about our problems most other dentists don't.

This is VERY long overdue, but a necessary review. Smile 360 is the bomb! I started going here 3 years ago and have since gotten my husband and all of my friends to become regulars :)

The best dentist and staff I've ever used. After having to move from Austin for a new career, I now drive 6 hours (without traffic) to visit Dr. Ip and his staff and would not have it any other way. They are always friendly, professional and the number 1 reason - my teeth are now healthy and perfect.

Let's be totally honest....normally, I REALLY dislike the dentist. But oh my goodness, Dr. Ip and his team are absolutely the BEST and they made my experience enjoyable (something I never thought I would say when it came to dentistry of all things). I've been blessed thus far in the teeth department - I don't have cavities and haven't undergone any oral surgeries, other than wisdom teeth removal many years ago. So, I'm writing this review as a patient who has gone in for routine cleanings and check-ups only.
I've been happy with the services I've received... nothing really to either gush or complain about. Pretty much what I expected going in. The hygienists get down to business and the ladies at the desk are friendly. I'm in and out quickly. I greatly enjoy the two TVs, which allow me to watch Ghost Adventures

Dr. Ip and his team have been incredible the last 2 years. From personal compliments to regular check up calls, their customer service is top notch & that's what it's all about! I have some pretty weak genes when it comes to teeth so I'm happy I found a great dentist. I also have to mention the "recovery" time has been little to none on most procedures I've had done which is so wonderful for my busy schedule and for someone who hates going to the dentist out of fear. Nobody really enjoys going to the dentist but somehow Smile 360 turns the otherwise torturous visit into an awesome experience. The positive energy and enthusiastic staff make sure you feel comfortable and take their time with you. They do an unbelievable job as well. Sarah is the best! She's smart,funny,and cute as a button. Dr.Ip is super intelligent but doesn't nerd out. He puts things in lamens terms so you actually understand what's going on in your mouth and what needs to be done. He's also really damn funny. I've never had an experience like this at the dentist.

Too much upselling. Every time I'd go see them for a regular cleaning, they'd find something or another wrong with my teeth and try to sell me more things to do. I eventually switched to another dentist who said the stuff suggested to me were not necessary at all.
On the plus side, the staff were all super nice and courteous and Dr Ip is as well. They agreed to see me the same day when I had some tooth pain.
In short, great service, but with a little too much upsell.
