Dr. Glennon was born in Virginia as a Navy Brat, moved to Austin in 1965 and has seen a lot of changes come to Austin over the last 50 years.

I love this dental practice. From the cheerful, professional and kind attitude of Sara at front desk to the wonderful dental hygienists in the back, I keep coming here even though my insurance has changed. Its important to trust a dentist and Dr Glennon is someone I recommend to anyone needing a great dentist. He has filled many a cavity for me; I am prone to dental anxiety but he is so skillful at using the lidocaine to ensure I’m pain-free, and I can tell he is a perfectionist in making sure all decay is removed. I just got four same-day crowns done here and it was a great experience! To be clear, no one loves getting dental work done, but everyone here made it as nice as possible for me. Sarah was so wonderful and accommodating with my financial questions and scheduling, she really went above and beyond in talking everything over with me. Dr. Trinh and Jessica took care of my actual dental work, and they made me feel very comfortable and at-ease as it really took all day for the crowns. They were incredibly compassionate, patient, kind and communicative throughout every step. They kept me distracted too

I came in because of nerve pain from a wisdom tooth, and couldn't my primary dentist because of covid-19. I get very fearful at dentists from prior bad experiences and Dr. Trinh and her dental assistant went above and beyond to relieve my anxiety coming in. They were exceptionally kind, genuine, and especially gentle. I have never had such a positive experience from a dental office in my life. The dental assistant, who told me her name... but I'm terrible at remembering names, and if you read this I'm so sorry, you were amazing...... asked me what my favorite music was and put it on to help me

Really unhappy with this place. Every dentist I've ever been to charges a flat rate for a cleaning. This dentist tried to charge me an extra $65 for a 5-minute visit from the dentist IN ADDITION TO their already high rate for cleaning. I've let them know I disagree with this bill ($65 for 5 minutes of time is outrageous and I certainly didn't agree to it before they charged it, nor did they let me know they were going to charge this ahead of time), but they charged it anyway. I am now going to a different dentist which charges a fair rate for a cleaning, and doesn't charge any

I've never had a cavity and have taken good care of my teeth (with sealants) until coming here, and all the sudden they found "problems" with my teeth. I trusted the doctor and agreed to the fill. But now since the work was done I've had pain in that tooth and that side doesn't line up like it used to. When I went in to have it checked Dr Glennon couldn't isolate the pain and didn't fully fix the bite, and even charged me for the return visit to "fix" his work! No ma'am!

DUMPSTER FIRE of a practice. Catty front desk service. Called and cancelled less than an hour before a scheduled root canal. No voicemail, just a random number shown as a missed call. Showed up to the apt, did not receive a warm welcome by any means. Actually, I was shown the door. Chances are they saved me from a botched procedure. So maybe I should thank them for being so dysfunctional. Though now I'm down 8 hours PTO. COMPLETE GARBAGE.

I've only been going to ADC for a few months but Dr. Glennon and his staff have been so accommodating, friendly and professional. The entire experience has been great from when I first stepped into the office. Dr. Glennon enjoys his work and the attitude of the staff is great. Plus there's a wide range of services they provide so I'm glad I don't have to go anywhere else! Location is convenient as well. Thanks ADC!

I have been going to Dr. Glennon for over 30 years (although he doesn't look that old). I have had many crowns & fillings and have never had an issue with either. My hygienist is awesome, too!
Although I live & work in Southwest Austin, I insist on going to Austin Dental Center. They are absolutely the best!

I am so appreciative of all the staff and especially Dr. Glennon. I had my first cleaning there over a month ago and it was top notch. Today, I just finished up with some fillings and Dr. Glennon and his assistant made sure my comfort was a top priority (and of course, making sure my teeth were properly filled and without decay). I freely admit that I have some dental anxiety due to past experiences at previous dentist offices. Dr. Glennon heard my concerns and made sure I was good throughout the fillings. They call me the "music man" at work, because anywhere I'm parked you will hear London's Best Smooth Jazz with Rod Lucas on my speakers, little did they know that at Austin Dental Center, but after you walk in, and are greeted so calming and friendly from the front staff, you will be asked what type of music to play before starting. This makes you feel kinda special! Sylvia and Maritza were as gentle as doves!!! Dr Trinh was so professional, and yet made you feel like part of the family!! I can't say enough about Austin Dental. Go see them and your smile will brighten!

All-around great dental experience. Everyone is calm and helpful, careful to explain what's actually going on with your teeth. Dr. Trinh was able to break everything down into easily-undestood, simplified facts that left me with the full knowledge of what was happening with my toothache. Austin Dental Center completely turns around the usual anxiety driven stigma most people have toward visiting the dentist. The staff there is so welcoming, which makes for an absolutely pleasant atmosphere. Katy at the front desk is friendly and always wears a genuine smile on her face. I've never had fun going to the dentist until I came to austin dental center. Dr. Thu Trinh and her assistant Maritza are hilarious. Even when my mouth is filled to the brim with fingers, surgical tools, and those beloved dams, I can't help but bust out laughing. When im not laughing, I'm almost asleep because their professionalism and efficient work is surprisingly tranquilizing. I can honestly say I have never almost fallen asleep at a dentist visit before. UPDATE! Just saw Dr. Trinh, at this location. She is amazing! She replaced a filling in my front tooth. The old filling was stained and gross. She did a perfect color match, I can't even tell there is a filling there. Zero pain and completely comfortable. I already booked another appointment with her. I freaking love her!!!!!!

So I did.
I had to play a bit of phone tag with the receptionist in order to get my appointment booked, which was partly my fault due to being busy enough to not return

I started going to Austin Dental about seven years ago and it's the best place I have ever been to have my teeth worked. Prior to me having Dr. Glennon work on my teeth I would never get complements on my smile, but now I get complements all the time. Everyone who works there is so nice and professional I can honestly say I love this place. GREAT FIND!!!

However, I accidentally missed a follow up appointment, and I received a warning that there would be a fee the next time it happened. (Understandable) I moved to another state afterward, so I called to inform the receptionist that I would therefore no longer be using this dentist.
I apparently missed another appointment (I thought it was obvious I wouldn't go back, considering I now live 2000 miles away from the office) in July, and I just heard about the consequential $50 fine I owe. (3 months

I had a wonderful experience at Austin Dental Center this morning! I had an emergency tooth ache that needed attention. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They worked me in to their busy day even though I wasn't a patient and didn't have an appointment. Dr. Glennon was great and gentle, as much as he could be, with his work. I would highly recommend making Austin Dental Center your home for tooth care!

Ah dentists, who'd ever think of reviewing one of the more feared or should I say avoided doctor's in one's life.
I love the dentist and have been going religiously every 6 month's for my entire life. i have less than a handful of cavaties and never had braces. This past year i had my first crown put in as a molar with a filling had split.
Needless to say, Dr Glennon and his staff have been great. they are friendly, easily accommodate last minute appt changes, make you feel at home while you watch or listen to TV during your cleanings, etc. My insurance (BCBS) doesn;t cover

Dr. Glennon is the best dentist in Austin. His hygenists are the nicest people ever. I've been going to Austin Dental Center for more than 9 years or so. If you have any questions about insurance, Shana will help you out.
While you get your teeth cleaned, you can watch Oprah or Jerry Springer. Each room has a TV.
