Its unfortunate this complex has a low rating, because it certainly does not reflect my personal experience living here for 2.5 years. All the staff I have met are kind and prompt to handle any maintenance issues that have come up. The office does a great job with community events such as lemonade stands, halloween parties, etc. and my dog loves visiting for her treats. The grounds are also well kept & during the warmer months the "circle" is peaceful to walk. Location is perfect - you can do anything within 2 miles away. Parking can be a bit of an issue sometimes, but that just comes with apartment

This used to be a decent apartment 4-5 yrs ago with relatively inexpensive rent . With the old manager gone and apartment skimping on employing maintenance staff you can consider yourself lucky to get any maintenance issue resolved. The rent also keeps going up every year considering that this is a 40 yr old complex which is falling apart with little or no upgrades made by the management. And then there is the electricity bill. I paid 400 for electricity this winter for a 2 bed apartment. The apartments are poorly insulated with creaky heaters and ancient A/C's. Don't be shocked to see a bill upwards

This is the worst apartment that we have lived in. The office staff is too rude and unfriendly whenever you report a complaint, maintenance issue or whatever that require an extra effort from their side. This was surprising as they behave well when you go first to get a lease signed. Everything changes after that. The apartments are poorly maintained. Based on our experience and from my friends who have lived here, many apartments have poor air sealing which results in cold air getting inside during winters. The staff hardly ever co-operates in identifying all the leaks or getting it closed. If
