A Great place to live been here myself very happy with the "Manchester" I use the second bedroom for office space and great amount of room for myself greatly maintain so close to everything great space in the place maybe too much for one person but easy commute to work at the hospital

I love it here so far, but there are a few things that need fixed m.The parking is very very limited, and by that I mean if you find a spot within 100 feet of your building past 2 pm, you hit the jackpot. Even all the spots in the garage are taken. Its insane, I have to park 2 buildings away almost everyday. The water leaves a milky film over every black dish, and every time it rains our ac makes this ticking noise every 5 seconds that just drives us mad. We moved in a few months ago and nothing negative comes to mind. The space is fantastic, and the staff are incrediblly nice, and very responsive when you need something or reach out.

High Ceilings and great gym! Being connected to the Clubhouse makes a world of difference

We have been living here for over 3 months now and we love it just as much as when we first toured. The kindness and efficiency of the ladies in the leasing office and the maintenance team does not go away after all the papers are signed. They are so helpful and quick to solve problems at any second of the day. Maintenance requests get fixed hours after submitting a request. This place is so beautiful, too. Sometimes we walk outside and literally say to each other how much we love our new home. It sounds corny, but we really are just blown away by this place every day.

Pros: decent amenities and awesome maintenance staff
Cons: way over priced especially considering the many equally nice apartments coming available in Exton (definitely look around), walls are super thin, there is something off about the water (it smells poorly and leaves a heavy white film), amenities have been closed for months with no change to amenity fees or rent (Keva claims below to have compensated residents but I assure you I haven't received any rebate), when amenities are open they can be frequently rented

My boyfriend and I have been living at Keva Flats for almost 3 months now, and we are really happy we chose this community in Exton! The brand new apartments at Keva are designed beautifully with modern fixtures and appliances, and the amenities are amazing. We can't wait to take advantage of the outside amenities (especially the sun deck and the pool!) when the weather gets nice. The move-in process was really smooth for us with the help of the friendly leasing staff, and the 2 minor maintenance requests we have submitted since move-in were each handled within 1 hour of submitting the requests

Who wouldn't want to live here? This apartment community is uber mod with open community areas that make apartment living desireable. Elevator for grocery day or moving in. Easy access to public transportation, shopping and highways. Many local restaurants and breweries within minutes. Indoor golf siimulator, pool table in lobby area and patio with grill and seating. Outside there is a trail for strolling and exercise. Public coffee station. #Feels

My boyfriend and I have been here for about two weeks now and we absolutely love it. It truly feels like we’re living in a hotel. The amenities are great- the community is quiet. Neighbors are friendly. All the women in the leasing office are very nice and patient with questions. The whole process was smooth for us. There’s really no reason not to live here !

Keva Flats is super modern facility. Since the first day we came for our initial visit to the moving experience was Extremely Satisfying. The team at Keva Flats are very patience and very professional. Kaitlin Coyne made our visit and decision very easy. She is very knowledgeable and professional. A++ to Kaitlin and Keva flats.
