Tucson Territory was my management company for 5 years and my realtor when I decided to sell my rental property. I can not recommend them enough. Susan and Dan went way above and beyond. Get a comfy chair and a drink because this will be a long review.

We rent our property with Tucson Territory. Both Daniel and Susan are extremely professional, quick to respond, and take excellent care of our property. We are so thankful for their services, and have peace of mind knowing that our property is in their care.

Susan and Daniel were perfect property managers for my tenant style. They were responsive when I needed them to be and let me do my thing otherwise. They are professional and not nit-picky like some property managers who clearly don’t care about tenants’ wellbeing and try to nickel and dime them about every tiny thing, but it’s clear they also have the owner’s interest at heart as well. A win win all around! I would definitely rent one of their properties again.

Daniel and Susan are shady. They have terrible service and treat deposits like a bonus. I’ve rented with 5 different rental companies and got my deposit back each time except with this joke of a business. Go literally anywhere else. If I had to chose between two identical houses in the same neighborhood, one being through “Tucson territory property management” and the other being “any other company” and the “any other company” cost more I’d still chose the “any other company.”

I have worked with Susan within the property management community for many years. She always does everything she can to keep up with the latest legislation, laws and other factors that impact her landlords and residents. That makes her one of the tops in the business!

Horrible company. We rented for 3 years, never late on rent but when it came to them fixing anything it was like pulling teeth. They didnt even fix the problems! Daniel was aggressive with my husband when we called about the dishwasher flooding the kitchen, even got mouthy in front of my children. When we left they took over half our deposit. I would never recommend them, they are very dishonest.

I have known and worked with Susan for many years. She is honest, ethical and hard working. I would highly recommend Tucson Territory for your property management needs!

I was in contact with Danny , Susan’s husband for two weeks. He came to assess the property and said there would be no problem renting the place out. We made final plans to get the place cleaned to get the ball rolling on getting it rented. I then received an email from Susan saying they were not the right property management team for my property, even though I’d talked to her that morning. Very unprofessional to have waited that long to say that with absolutely no reason.
