Terrible apartment. ROACH INFESTED . Maintenance does a half job on everything . I had leaks and holes in both bathrooms and above my kitchen sink that they would leave there for weeks . Ceilings had terrible cracks and mildew . And the sinks /tubs were always stocked . Places are a good price but not worth the hassle . Again ROACH INFESTED .

I’m going to give them a 3 the customer’s service experience I had absolute no problem with. I applied for a 3 bedroom apartment and before I applied I asked what was the requirements. Myself, daughter and mother applied for a 3 bedroom apartment there. Income was more than 3 times the rent. I was the primary applicant! We were denied because they said that my mother who receives SSI was supposed have had no credit which wasn’t true. Once we were told that we checked her credit and it was indeed over 550 that they required for to be in order to be considered for an apartment. I spent a $120

This place is horrible do yourself a favor and do not move here get far away from here. Bad electrical issues my bathroom wall on the inside caught on fire. Ceiling leaked for months with no fix or solution and the water heater causing massive water damage and just puddles of water on the floor even got into the carpet in the rooms. And not to mention this place is INFESTED with roaches they are all over the building it's disgusting. I would give them ZERO stars if I could and management and maintenance do not care about this place or residents. Neighbors are loud too and inconsiderate of people

Just filled out my app with the hopes of moving in soon. The process was easy. I hope everything else is just as easy. Just moved to Georgia and I haven't had the best of luck dealing with management at some complexes. I'm really hoping for a better experience with Jamco. I don't think I'll have any issues though!

I wish I could give this dump zero stars.
Don't waste your money!!!!! this place is infested with roaches, inconsiderate gettho and nasty neighbors.
Management don't care about anything but thier bonus and rent ....out side of units are trashy and stank you can't park in front of your place do to the fact that people not on the lease hog the parking spots
Units are not modern with no garbage disposal and maintenance is horrible, slow and comes in with out knocking, dishwasher has been stopped up full of water for 3 weeks now and there has been no response to when they will

Haven't even seen the the place yet I'm optimistic about moving here. God willing I catch a unit in time. This young lady was so professional and fun over the phone today. She spent about 15 minutes over the phone with me explaining in full detail every other inch of this process. I look forward to seeing it!
