Communication and customer relations are very important in the real estate industry.This is a great way to retain clients and receive new ones.
With that being said,today was a big fail with Ashwood Ridge.
I tried calling several times today between 1:00-3:00 p.m. with no answer but an answering machine so I decided to go and see if the office was open.
Sure enough it was with a packed office of employees!
I asked to see a model of a 2 bedroom apartment. I repeated more than once, a 2 bedroom apartment.
I was given a key and pointed in the direction I should walk to go and see the apartment
With that being said,today was a big fail with Ashwood Ridge.

Recently moved in a little over a month ago and would not recommend anyone to move here. I’m currently in one of the townhouses an it’s definitely over priced than what it’s worth. Within my first month my ceiling fan came out the ceiling, my dishwasher Flooded twice when I haven’t even used it yet due to some connection issues with the sink, and roaches have been terrible since day one you literally can’t leave any food out for a few minutes without roaches running to it. If it wasn’t for the roaches I’d probably give 4 stars

I have been living here for two years, and I’m pretty ready for my lease to be over. There are some decent parts to living here, such as the renovated apartments and maintenance being fast to fix problems. Other than that, not much to write home about. The walls are SO THIN you can hear about everything as I am the bottom unit. Also the neighbors here are terrible, and inconsiderate with noise. I have to sleep with earplugs almost every night with the thin floors. I have also heard gunshots a couple of times. The pool has also been closed the whole time I’ve lived here, assuming from COVID

First off want to say Sean is probably the best property manager in the business. One of the many reasons for my high rating.
The unit itself is pretty amazing. Ac in the unit is handling the 95+ weather pretty nicely. Keeping it relatively comfortable.
The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms nice. It already being wired for everything is nice too. I’m sure that’s most places, but it really does just make adding services easier and increases my already pleased stance.
I see a lot of reviews about dirtiness and bugs. Haven’t seen anything on the inside of the unit. There are bugs outside

I sent in an information request on their website, immediately after they reached out to me and have continued to do so and follow up. I actually had signed a lease with another apartment complex but I cannot express how impressed I am with their communication. After months of apartment searching, I haven't received even ONE call back from other places. This complex really surprised me with this process. This is the first review I've ever left anywhere if that tells you anything about
