I have only lived here for a few weeks and I am so happy to be a resident! My first weekend I discovered the dryer was not working, I sent an email on Sunday, received a call from Ms. Dorothy, property manager that she will have Johnny, maintenance, to access the problem. It was later determined that a new dryer was definitely needed. Ms. Dorothy called the same day to let me know that she has ordered a new dryer, it arrived the next day and installed. I was so grateful to their attention to the matter. The grounds are impeccable, the residents are extremely kind and helpful.
