Contacted this complex maybe a week ago from now was told a unit would be available in January. It’s two units available online, so I call back and ask and was told one of the units are not available and one is taking. Update your website and take that unit down if it’s not available. And whoever answered the phone seems MISERABLE I let it slide when I called last week, but I call again and she still sounding the same. When people are looking for a place to lay their heads we are not trying to come in contact with negative energy. This is a serious matter, I was already skeptical because of

Just moved in this apartment complex and it was painless and beyond reasonable . The leasing agents are very helpful and informative thru the whole process of me moving in during these strange times dealing with Covid19. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented . I have been enjoying my stay thus far !

I stayed here 2 years and I would never go back. The gate is always broken, bugs are everywhere water bugs and ants. They sell you a lie to make you sign the lease. Complete nightmare and moving was the best decision ever! Ppl will run into your parked car and not say anything and the leasing office doesn’t care. I was told the carpet is changed out at the end of every lease, which was a lie. Don’t move here, there’s better!!! Plus they went up on the rent and you can find something twice as better.
Maintenance is ok but they don’t fix ceiling leakage, they just patch over it without fixing

Overall the apartment complex is ok. It’s a quiet neighborhood. I’ve never had any problems here as far as break ins. & they keep the grounds presentable & clean. However I’ve been here a year & I’m excited for my lease to be up because the bug problem is THE WORST! There’s absolutely NOTHING they can do to fix it unless they spend some real money, because they have an infestation! They send pest control out upon your request on Thursdays, however I can’t tell if she’s making them worse. I do know that it doesn’t help. It’s really disgusting to see roaches EVERYWHERE in your kitchen

I just recently moved here from Maryland and so far so good, I have to re evaluate once school is out as there are two schools very close to the complex, need to See how the children act while out for the summer, I read some reviews about here before I actually moved here some negative reviews I read turned out to be not true, like maintenance being extremely slow, at least not for me! Other than the small children not using the playground provided for them most of the time it's very nice here, but as I said I'll see how the kids are when school is out, that will determine if I stay here one or

I use to live there and I let a woman live with me because she was homeless and i told her she had to go because she was using me. And she call management and told them i was subleasing which was a lie and they gave me 30 days to live with out investigating but i loved living there Mrs Angie was the best and staff was great. I really missed that place. They help the children in the summer with lunch, I was the pool monitor and the stores where so close to me. My name is Deena Slay
