Pacific Shore Property Management is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you cannot reach us in the office we may have stepped out to show a property or check on a repair. It is always best to schedule a visit to our office so we can be sure someone is there to meet you. A maintenance emergency is something that will cause immediate danger to residents or the property.

As a property owner, Pacific Shore Property Management has been fantastic. They've been managing my condo for 4 years now and are always responsive whenever I reach out to them. I had one big headache spring up from my tenant and when I freaked out and panicked, PSPM kept a calm demeanor and handled everything. They're great at finding quality tenants. I've had nothing but a fantastic experience with Pacific Shore Property Management. My calls are always answered quickly, and issues resolved super easily. Their online payment system is great, and saves time and paper. We love our house, and we appreciate that when we call with minor issues and questions, they care just as much about keeping the house pristine and in great condition as we do!

Pacific Shore Property Management is the best. I have lived in other buildings in the city and my experience with management companies was always poor... until Rem Residential. Not only can I reach my property manager Alana at any time, I also got a call from Shpresa checking in on me. Everyone there is so friendly. 4 stars all around!!

I wouldn't give them one star but I wanted to share a bit of truth. The absolute worst Realty Management company I've ever dealt with! They refuse to fix anything until your ceiling falls in & they put a bandaid on it for a week. Also, at the apartment complex in the Park Heights area, that I rented from, had enough mice per unit to form an army. Don't believe a word they say unless you have it in writing or on your voicemail because they will go back on their word! If you have a problem with anything after your first call to them and you call the corporate office it will go right to voicemail

This is the worst Management company you can rent from, I gave them a bad Yelp review but I forgot to do a google review. I lived in one of their buildings for almost three years. I found out by pure accident that my next door neighbor had bed bugs, I pressure Management into telling me since I saw the exterminator coming out of the apartment next door, after not answering my emails for a couple of days they felt forced to tell me. I suggested they let everyone know since we all use the same laundry room and are at close proximity, of course they didn't tell anyone, I am the one who told everyone

If you can help it, do not rent through this company. If you want property managers that genuinely care about their tenants or respond to your concerns there are better companies out there. My wifes, friend, and I all lived in a great duplex together for 4 years. For the first 2 we had a great property manager but the owners decided to switch. Our first interaction with them was waiting over 1 month to get the fan over our oven fixed which took multiple calls and emails as they would never respond back to us. Many issues that needed fixing were deemed “tenant issues” which clearly required

PSPM has been amazing for me and my boyfriend. The apartment we found was our dreamspace and they are always responsive if we need help or have questions. We've rented all around the West LA area, and this is by far the most responsive company we have ever dealt with. Cannot recommend them enough if you are looking to rent in West LA!
