My experience renting from Ohana realty group and especially Noreen Olschewski was wonderful. She was quick and got us moved into our home when we needed it. They fixed minor repairs right away which was so relieving. I’ve never had a more wonderful experience and I’m so lucky to have found this company. I would definitely recommend renting from ohana, and will definitely refer any of my friends or family.

I contacted Mr. Ohana about a rental and he was quick to respond, kind, and personable. When the rental had been leased before my showing appointment, he immediately reached out to let me know and told me I could contact him about other properties if I was interested. Having dealt with multiple leasing agents in my search, he was by far the most responsive and professional. Thank you !

I am happy with my home. Ohana Realty Team helped me find a good house within my budget. With this crazy market they made it easy for me to apply and move in. Jesse was such a patient person while I kept going back and forth between houses. Everyone else is always courteous and helpful. Will be using them when I’m ready to buy!

I have been living here since 2018 and every summer there is always an excuse as to why the pool isn't open. The weather is nice year round, it should never be closed. When they finally decide to open it and allow us paying residents to use it, they close it at 6pm when the office closes. Most people don't even get off of work until after that. We pay every month for certain amenities and if we cant use the pool on a regular basis, money should be reimbursed. I've called several times to ask why its closed, I was informed the health department shut it down. I have called the health

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I am in the Property Management business myself. I had set up an appointment to view a rental house for Sunday morning and nobody showed up. When I messaged Jesse, the response I received was “My apologies, my reminders didn’t go off today. Two other agents rented the house, I’ll be calling and letting my appointments know today. “ You don’t think you should be courteous and call them before their time? I will definitely not be using or recommending Ohana to anybody.

I moved 3000 miles, and two months AFTER the home was listed for sale, we were called to inform us. I am now at a loss, Vegas is tight for real estate rentals that are worth the rent and when I asked for the property manager who shall remain nameless to look into the potential for an extension of the lease, she dropped the ball. We never asked for anything. Only an extension of the lease since the owner never had one person ever come and look at the home. So, if you want responsive, polite and responsible? Do not look here. I have never had any rental list for sale and not tell me until months

Great service from Lori Smith. I've worked with her for a while, and has been a life saver for me as I've had a couple of emergencies with my rental properties, and I live out of state. Things get taken care of immediately and efficiently. I've used two other property managers that were horrible! I finally found someone that's reliable, and is also great with communication. I highly recommend Lori as a property manager!

If it weren't for what my fiancé and I experienced during our application process with Lori I would give this place five stars. The only customer service we got was through Lori whom is very unorganized, impatient and rude. After we submitted our application a few days went by and no one bothered to contact us so we decided to call the phone number provided on our email application confirmation. No one answered for about two weeks until finally one day she probably got tired of us calling all day we spoke to Lori, the way she answered the phone was with a attitude she seemed annoyed that
