Mike was great! I learned so much about the house during our inspection. He answered all the questions and pointed out on many issues that were not noticeable to us. Since he's been in the industry for many years, there's really nothing in the house that he hasn't seen. Before we arrived for our scheduled inspection, Mike already spent good 45 minutes in the house making sure he looked over all the areas and is ready to walk us through.
