My name is Kyle Beckstrom and I am the owner of Madison Home Inspection LLC. I have always had a love for carpentry, woodworking, and home building. My passion evolved into framing and finish carpentry in high school when I was hired to help build a log cabin. I have since worked on many home projects mostly with a focus on finish carpentry.

Being a first time homebuyer I was anxious about the entire process. Kyle went above and beyond inspecting my first home. He answered any and all questions I had and addressed any concerns. Kyle did a very thorough job walking through the property. He pointed out a number of things that should be addressed, and also places where it looked like problems had been addressed, as well as places we where problems could show up in the future. The report he provided was extensive and had clear pictures indicating the defects he found.

Kyle was great! He was very thorough and informative. He was super patient with my many questions and made me feel confident in the home we are purchasing, and our ability to handle the things that need attention. The report was easy to use and understand, and it was all stuff that he went over with us at the time of the inspection. The inspection was done promptly, and it provided me with the detail and recommendations that I hoped for. Kyle's verbal summary and his inspection report were impressively complete and well documented with photos and explanations. Interacting with Kyle was both professional and pleasant. I'm experienced with renovating and maintaining property, but Kyle found items that I had not identified. I would not hesitate to recommend Madison Home Inspections. If I should need to have another property inspected, I would ask Kyle to do it.

Kyle was excellent, with a good eye for detail and was very thorough when inspecting our new build. He was detailed oriented, and explained everything he found in a clear way. He was patient and made sure we understood what he was explaining. He went above and beyond our expectations and we would recommend him! We had a home inspection and radon test. Kyle did a fantastic job. For starters, you can schedule your appointment completely online. Buying a house is stressful so, not having to call around for appointments was great. His pricing was in line, if not better, with others recommended to me. The list just grows from there, though. He was extremely thorough and walked us through everything. Any questions we had he answered and he showed us what he was looking at so we knew before the report arrived. We also had our report within hours of the inspection being completed and could share with anyone we felt necessary.
