Services
We are a locally owned/operated residential home inspection company; serving property buyers, sellers and owners in the Madison area and Southern Wisconsin. With 33 years of construction experience, we offer objective, thorough inspections of homes, condos and multi units and provide immediate on-site reports with photos.
Appointments will be setup at a convenient time for all parties involved. A Pre-Inspection Agreement will be sent to you to explain pertinent information before the upcoming inspection. Inspections typically take between two to three hours and include a detailed inspection of the property and a written report sent to you that day.
You will receive a pre-inspection agreement sent to you once confirmation of inspection is finalized. Radon Test - With Home/Condo Inspection Purchase - $125.00 (confirm with your realtor for test approval). Note: Radon Test (tests require 48 hrs and additionally, closed house conditions 12 hrs prior to test).
Lenny is great! He recently inspected my home and I could not be more pleased with the results. Lenny did the inspection on a Sunday due to the busy week we both had when I needed the inspection done. He was very thorough with his inspection and pointed out everything he saw. He answered all of my questions and if he wasn't sure, he went home and researched until he had an answer for me.
This previous Fall, the Madison area in 2016 had 2 hail storms which caused a rather high volume of calls for my services in roof inspections. It seems that the insurance adjusters were overwhelmed with calls so were counting on house inspectors to submit reports to clients for their review.

We will take a 10 X 10 foot square and look for small impressions in the roof.
