Phil was extremely thorough/explained everything he found in detail while walking us around the house showing us all that he found. Very professional and responsive anytime I had questions. The inspection report was also very detailed/easy to follow, and he includes annotated pictures/videos as well. Highly recommend him for your home inspection!!

Phil was amazing. He had me arrive for the last hour and a half of my inspection time and walked me through everything he found. It was cold outside and I had my young children with me so he showed me pictures of exterior problems and went out of his way to explain the things he found and why they were an issue. He also distinguished between what… definitely needed to be fixed immediately, what needed to be fixed eventually, and things that could just be improved if we chose to do it.
