You will be given an unbiased, detailed report on your home using Homegauge software. Your report will be emailed to you and your agent, with photos, usually in less than 24 hours.

Services
A general home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by the Wisconsin Standards of Practice that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.
A Pre-Listing, or Seller Inspection, can be used as a great marketing tool to help you sell your home. An Inspector Consultation is also available for sellers looking to identify any hazards or "red flags", without having a full inspection. You can choose to have your home inspected first, which may prompt buyers to waive their own inspection contingency.

Chris is a great home inspector. Very thorough, helpful, and was able to make an appointment with only a couple of days' notice. He walked us through the whole home to show us his findings, and sent over a great report later the same day. Strongly recommend.

I always turn to Chris knowing his inspection will also be an educational opportunity for my buyers, better preparing them for home ownership. My wife and I used Chris for the inspection of our first home purchase. He seemed very knowledgeable, was extremely professional and was easy to work with.
