Each of our cottages is constructed to minimize next-door noise, allowing you to enjoy your new home. We simplify the reservation process at The Station so that you get the best experience possible. We offer 12-month housing contracts, with the contract period starting in August and running to late July. We want to make move-in and move-out a breeze, so our contracts align with the University of Central Florida academic calendar - students can move-in right before the fall semester begins.

Reassign Your Contract Report

Follow these simple steps to begin the process of reassigning your housing contract to another person. Locate a potential candidate. You will be responsible to locate the individual whom you would like to take over your contract. Have the incoming resident apply. The individual who is taking over your contract must apply and be approved before your reassignment is completed.

A good place to live but gave it a one star bc the WiFi is trash and no one does anything about it. Mentioned it to the office many times and it’s been a month and a half since my roommates and I had WiFi. We are tired of having to go elsewhere to do our assignments!!

Such an easy move in process! (Thanks to the staff) they were attentive & helpful, made it a breeze!
Everything is very clean!!
And the pool is 😍😍😍
A staff member Kevin helped us during move in & he was so helpful!!!

I love living at station. I’ve always had a great experience living here. The amenities are unlike any other apartment complex in the area. The people that work there are super friendly and the apartments are super nice.

I’ve loved my experience at The Station! By far the smoothest move in I’ve experienced while attending UCF. The staff has been so helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Kevin is the best! He offers help wherever it’s needed and has answered any questions I’ve had! The clubhouse and pool are so nice and there are plenty of places to hangout or study. 10/10 would recommend living here!!
