The worst place to rent at. Parking is always full. Good luck finding a parking spot for guests as you literally have to fight for a spot. The place is dirty, staff is rude and are helpless. They are way under staff so nothing ever gets done. Also say good bye to your refundable deposit as everyone one I know that lived here and moved out, they did not receive back their deposit back. They will not work with you to try and fix anything. Charges will be posted that would be something that is their fault. Our apartment had a leak for an entire month in the laundry room and they would not come to

I called to get some more information about the complex and I spoke to a wonderful lady on the phone. I think her name was Samantha? She was awesome! She answered all of my questions and was super knowledgeable about the property. She made me want to move in ASAP. Someone should give her a raise š

I visited this community today and got a tour by their leasing agent Samantha, and felt compelled to leave this review. First of all, the complex is truly beautiful, but Iām mainly writing this review for their staff in particular and how I was treated from the moment I walked in. Samantha was so courteous and answered all of my questions (as a first-time apartment shopper, I didnāt know much about the process walking in, and she definitely put me at ease). Great experience at this community so far and Iām looking forward to living here and being taken care of by this staff.

Samantha, April, and the maintenance crew at the leasing office are so sweet and helpful! They truly care about their leasers. Not only do they care about solving housing problems, but they were kind enough to help me jump my car several times. The area is a great location and all the amenities are beautiful. The only reason Grandeville has some bad reviews was because of the leasing crew before 2020. Since then, they have gotten a whole set of new workers for the leasing office and maintenance so donāt let some bad reviews scare you away! This place is amazing and I highly recommend! Thank you

Management wiseā¦ April is great! When she first came I was impressed by her great attitude and just how nice and honest she is.
Apartment wiseā¦ interior was great but my washing machine was the loudest thing on earth and I couldnāt get it replaced since it āworkedā but I sincerely dreaded laundry day!
I lived near the lake which was fine but between that and valet trash I had the worse gnat problem. I open my door and they would immediately fly in. It was terrible.

Iāve lived here for two years and I transferred from one apartment to the next. They told us when we were moving out we needed to hire a cleaning service with our own money if we wanted our security deposit back. WHICH WE DID. We left it SPOTLESS. WITH PROOF THAT WE PAID FOR IT OUR OF OUR OWN POCKETS. so not only did we PAY FOR THEM TO HAVE THE APARTMENT CLEANED FOR THE NEXT TENANTS.. they WONT GIVE US OUR SECUIRTY DEPOSITS BACK BECAUSE OF THE CARPET STAINS THAT WERE THERE BEFORE WE MOVED IN AND SHOWED THEM. this is the grimiest most deceitful business Iāve ever encountered in my entire life

I have lived here for 2 years and will be signing my lease for a 3rd. We have had a few different staff members help us over the years but April has been the best BY FAR. She has gone out of her way to accommodate our requests in a timely manner. My boyfriend and I had planned on buying a house this year but the offer fell through.
