The entire staff at the Strand Apartments are awesome! Always professional and kind. Reyna who just celebrated 5 years with company is one of a kind. I had the pleasure of working with her when she started and 5 years later she is still giving excellent customer service to me as a client today. The office staff and maintenance team makes my stay here pleasant!

I've lived in a lot of apartments over the years and this was my favorite. The units were modern and well appointed. The amenities were all nice. Gym was great and the pool/grilling area was so nice. Deposit was fairly priced and I feel like I wasn't gouged for nit picky things after we moved out. Price could have been a little lower for the size of a 1 bed apartment but overall a great place to live.

Beautiful apartment complex! Catalina, the leasing consultant, was so sweet. I came in for a tour right as they were closing and she still had a great attitude while giving us a tour since I was only in town for the weekend. She answered all of my questions and was super nice! I was very pleased with this place. Thank you Catalina!

I’ve had the opportunity to live at the Strand for the last three years! Bryce, Kelly, Reyna, Miguel, James and the rest of the team are fantastic. My wife and I honestly could not ask for a better apartment community, neighbors, and office staff.
For example, today, we were told by Kelly in the office that our groceries were delivered to another apartment! Kelly went above and beyond and made sure that the groceries were delivered to our apartment by the Strand team. Thank you Kelly and team for everything you do!

Thanks for reaching out, unfortunately no resolution has been offered. After writing the review I was finally contacted by the leasing office to set up a meeting. Reyna was kind and professional but again told me that her hands where tied unless I had a police report. She told me I could possibly move to a new apartment when my lease is up. After many more sleepless weeks due to noise I caved in and reluctantly called the police around 1am out of desperation. I was really hoping this action could lead to a solution since it's what they kept telling me to do at the leasing office. I provided

I fell in love with the Strand Apartments in 2016 when they were being built. My boyfriend I just got the opportunity to move here in the middle of summer and I'm honestly so happy we did.
The amenities are beautiful and very well kept. The grounds are always kept tidy and more importantly, they really enforce picking up after pets by doing their part to refill the bags. I would recommend anyone looking for an upscale apartment community to check out The Strand. The staff and apartments are by far the best hands down. I lived there for a year and the only reason I moved was because I purchased a home. Other wise I would still be living there. You will not be disappointed!
