Me & My Girlfriend decided to move from Texas and choose Oviedo grove as a new home for us and our kids. After a LONG DRIVE, ALOT OF MONEY SPENT (renting a trailer , gas x2 , food x2, tolls x2, & our first months rent ) we finally reach our destination (Oviedo Grove) we go to the office get the keys from Carolyn, walk over to the apartment (19) we open the door & couldn’t believe our eye! Some how this apartment was “move in ready” 🤢

I sold my townhouse condo in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and moved to Oviedo, Florida. My pet Panama Amazon, named Freedom the Parrot, needed a peaceful view that he could enjoy from his 36 inch cage. We were finding that many apartments did not accept parrots. Luckily for us, we received a referral to Oviedo Grove Apartments on December 11, 2021. We parked in a future resident space, with palm trees swaying above our heads. Guys, Carolyn Bellamy was the best tour guide I’ve ever had. She worked hard and well to insure that I could get this amazing apartment I can honestly now call home. I’ve had a lot of people leave me with broken promises, but Carolyn made sure I was taken care of… 10/10 apartment complex!!!

I am a very satisfied long time resident. I love this community. These apartments are a great value with all the updated amenities the newer apartments have. Kristen and Tara make living here feel like home. They are easy to talk to and are always helpful, honest and pleasant. They set up resident events like Zumba, food truck days, breakfast for residents and so much more. Scott, Luis and Ramon get everything fixed within 24 hours and make sure they get the repair right the first time. I love this community!!!! The staff in the office are amazing! Kristine is always available if I need to ask a question. Tara and Carolyn always greet me when I come in. They are by far the nicest people I have ever dealt with living at a Community. Maintenance has got to be some of the best I have ever seen anywhere. They always get stuff done and are always doing things to brighten the community and make this place look amazing. Great Job Oviedo Staff and thank you for all you do!!!!

I am just about to move in tomorrow but I must say that I am highly impressed with the service thus far. Carolyn is AWESOME!! She guided me to the perfect unit and assisted me all the way throughout the process. She even helped me find my movers!!! I will certainly update this review once I have been living at the property for some time. As of right now, I am totally happy!!
UPDATE: I have been living here 1 year without many issues..I received my new lease agreement and they are raising my rent almost 200!! The office has no sympathy and just blames it on corporate!!! I am scrambling to find

Compared to other nearby complexes, Oviedo Grove is in the top five (w The Strand being number one). Unfortunately the pool is often occupied w the same older “party crowd” which makes it uncomfortable for families to want to use the pool. Also, the grill is OFTEN occupied by a group which will just stay at it all day making it difficult, if not impossible, for others to use it.
That being said, the other common areas are nice and they are kept very clean. Maintenance is very prompt, professional, and good. Management (for the most part) is considerate of its tenants. Communication is very

My son and his family moved in a month ago. Carolyn was awesome. She is professional and very friendly. We have visited 2 times and the vibe and atmosphere of the community is great. Enjoying the pool with my grand kids is a plus.

We are so grateful to Carolyn for all her help during our move, she was a blessing after a stressful ordeal and made us feel at home. We love our community, the grounds are well kept and maintenance is always prompt. I would highly recommend living here A+

I have lived here six months and love it. The property itself is beautiful, the amenities are top notch. I couldn't be happier with living here. The girls in the office are amazing and maintenance is always great with work orders. I will be recommending this place to family and friends for sure.
