THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! DO NOT MOVE HERE!
the rent is 1700 a month and honestly it is not even worth it.
1.my shower is leaking brown water and so is my ceiling above my bath tub and toilet!
2. the upstairs neighbors above us are lound and no one does anything about it no matter how many times you complain they do not listen to you or take your issues seriously
3. there are so many bugs. ants and cockroaches
4. you are constantly swimming in trash when you want to take your own trash out
5. the other tenants have zero respect and let their children run wild. i have had kids try to get into my apartment

It’s a very great place Mr Colemen has been very helpful during the COVID-19 pandemic assisting me with rental assistance and making sure I didn’t fall behind on my rent or face homelessness. Then when I need something done in my apartment they have always been on time to fix whatever needed to be fix I love it living here.

I love myself some Mr. Ken he's the Assistant Manager at Tara Bridge Apartments. Everytime I have a problem he's always on it for me. This month an in the past months he's help me out a great deal. He sent me some information about rentals Assistants. I had no clue that they help out like this I'm really thankful for him doing this for me. My move-in experience has been wonderful. The lovely Ms. Asia was very helpful and informative during the process. Any questions that I had about the apartment complex was easily answered and explained in detail. I am excited to start living in an apartment where exceptional customer service is always present. My name is Marcel and my experience from the first day I arrived at Tara Bridge’s apartment leasing office all the way until I moved into my apartment unit has been great. I have called Tara Bridge home since April of this year. I am loving every moment of my relocation to Tara Bridge apartments. Asia G. has been of great assistance to me from the time I came in inquiring about the apartments and to the present-day. The apartment people are nice and I'll miss the community events they would do especially the food. They also work with you and fast on issues. However if your moving here AVOID BUILDING 1000!!! The tenants there think they live in a house. Loud music late and all night. Children running around late even on a school nights. I'm on the top floor hearing all this. The bugs are bad. Walls are too thin. The rent isn't bad but it's not worth being miserable. Put your mental health first!!! Avoid building 1000!!!!

First I would like to start off by saying the people in the front office are very nice and the Apts are nice. However 2 months in and I'm annoyed with the pest in my kitchen. Pest control has came twice already and I'm still waking up with pest in my kitchen. I clean it every day but they keep coming out of new places. It upsets me because I would like to have company over but this BIG problem I'm having is embarrassing. The walls are very thin I can hear my neighbors below me kids running around. I was very excited to move in but now that excitement is dwindling downward.
