I wish I could give ZERO starts. The ‘manager’ Luisa was so pleasant in the beginning once we signed our lease. At first, she comes off as concerning and helpful but I guess it’s all a front. She is so reckless and nonchalant to the tenants. Well, at least me and my mom. She shows ZERO concern for the danger that we have been put in in this gas apartment. She is deceitful ! I cannot wait until my lease is up! She doesn’t care about us. Which is fine but I’m going to report to HER manager and since she doesn’t care about my lively hood, but I’m going to show her how I care about MY

The process of even getting approved takes weeks not one to five days or a week or two they drag out the process to try to find any place you owe even if it’s been years ago just to get a risk fee. They literally pull addresses from when you were a kid. So far it’s a no for me. Wish I would have known before applying how long the process takes. So zero stars for being money hungry

Lived here 2 years and its a quiet place and its kept clean. Katrina is by far my favorite in the office but that is about it, the first year i had ants really bad coming out of the drain in the master bedroom tub and i was told by a manager no longer there to buy raid because the spray they use is equivalent, the following year i started getting little spiders in the sun room no matter how many times someone came to spray, winters are cold so invest in some heaters like i did and the summers are hot so we had several fans to help with the old unit, the appliances and overall apt is dated for the

I had to sale my home of 8 years, and move to Spring Lake Apts, Im so happy for the change I made, no more up keep of a large home with a minor. I especially love the Lake, pool, exercise room, and warm staff… personnel. The get togethers teach you to learn of your neighbors concerns and issues, pull us closer together. Everyone is warm and always friendly.

This is by far the most professionally run complex I've ever lived in. I want to thank Tasha, Trina, and Courtney because they were nothing less than pleasant and beyond helpful to me when I moved in. The back to school bash for the kids was super sweet. The children in the complex were given free school supplies and snacks and party with dj. My daughter loved it. they are always planning nice activities for all residents to enjoy especially the kids. I've been here 3 months with no issues. Love my spacious floor plan with fireplace. It has been the best living experiences I have ever had living in Spring Lake Apartments. From the moment I drove I to the community it felt like come and Cortney really sealed the deal for me. It has been a pleasure living in such a peaceful community with a office staff that are genuinely loving, kind, and most of all professional. Tasha is great property who goes over and beyond for you. They handle all matters in record time. I never have to wait long for any maintenance request to be complete. I love all the events they have for every holiday. Living here feels like home and I love being here

I have lived here for the past two years and Im more than glad to be a resident! I love the location and the property is well maintained. The property is very family oriented, with a wonderful lake, picnic area, playground, and pool.
