Restricted breeds are as follows: Pitbulls/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Reptiles, and Pot Bellied Pigs (insurance deems as high risk).

Not even two weeks in living here there was a drainage issue that flooded my apartment and I had to be placed into a hotel for a month, onced I did move back into my apartment there were knats everywhere and when I notified management there was no ounce of empathy and basically told me to deal with it until pest control comes which is every Wednesday. wouldn’t recommend moving here

I wish I could give them a ZERO!!! The roof fell in my children’s room (good thing they were not in there) and the rude lady in the front office looked at me and said so how can we help. They never gave me a place to live. They didn’t care where my 3 children laid their heads. They acted as if it was our fault. There was mold in the ceiling and they said there was not. This was a horrible experience for myself and my children. And very stressful for a PREGNANT lady. I put the pictures in the picture spot. DO NOT LIVE HERE. THIS PLACE IS HELL

I am approaching my one month in my apartment home and I am so pleased and happy that I picked this location. It was a great price for me and my family. The reason I am writing the review this time is to brag on the maintenance. OMG!! Amazing!! The maintenance men are doing over and beyond to satisfy these tenants. I wanted my temperature control fixed and he totally just replaced me with a digital. I LOVE IT!!! They called me prior to entering my home to verify. I am just so pleased. They installed a new mirror in my bathroom on time and turned on my stove which was not scheduled. JUST GREAT!
