I moved in October 20th, 2021 and they just fixed the water in my unit in JANUARY. I had called serval times and put in several work orders and the property manager NEVER reached out to me until AFTER I put my 30 days notice in being that, NO ONE WAS FIXING ANYTHING! I tried to be understanding due to the pandemic but they are FAR from understanding. I have been working doubles to pay my rent in a apartment I NEVER MOVE ANYTHING INTO DUE TO NO HOT WATER and somewhere else to have a comfortable shower. LITERALLY ONLY HAD A COUCH AND MATTRESS BEING THAT MY APARTMENT WASN'T LIVABLE. The property manager

Overall the apartments are livable if you enjoy roaches living rent free. We pay every month for pest control yet roaches thrive in this place. Not only that for what’s offered the rent isn’t worth the stay. Also something was stolen off my porch the management said they couldn’t do anything about it. I guess the cameras aren’t worth having the gate is always broken. The pool was always closed during the summer due to the guest not following the rules. In short it’s expensively ghetto and not worth it. And oh yea you call management tell them you need maintenance they schedule it and

This property has an excellent staff. The property manager, she’s a wonderful person very knowledgeable of the property expectation. The property is call and well put together. I really had a wonderful experience touring the property. I will recommend family and friends who’s looking for a great place to live.

I lived here for about 3 years and had to move back home to Cleveland, OH last year during the pandemic. I want to say all management that I encountered was great! From day one they were helpful, nice and understanding. Maintenance was never an issue for me. I want to personally thank Phoebe she went over and beyond just being a property manager. She helped me with a medical emergency with my daughter as well as the maintenance crew until I was able to arrive home and I LOVED them for that because they didn't have to!

Where do I start !! I have been here for over three years. I watched this place go from horrendous to amazing. The management we have now is wonderful. They take the time to listen and fix any concern you may have. I have never experienced a management company that treats you like you are a part of a community and not just a number on a door. Ms. Toshia, Ms. phoebe, and Ms. Adrian kudos to you for making the apartment renting experience so lovely. If you are looking for safety, great communication, and great living this is it!!
