There is a GREAT REASON why I have been living here for 9+ years; I ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY LOVE IT…When you search for a place to call it home; you MUST look for 4 different things: Neighborhood; Price; Location & Customer Service. The Neighborhood is serene & total quietness. The Price is below market with all essential amenities. Centralized location closed to everything your heart desires & above all; first class customer service either from the office or the Maintenance Crew. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If you don’t take my ward for it; come & see for yourself !!!!

My refrigerator wasn’t working when I got up that particular morning. I called the office upon them opening and placed a Work Order. Soon after I left to go to work. Upon my return home, one of the maintenance guys came by to check on my refrigerator. The freezer was working and he informed me tryst they replaced a part in the freezer. Before leaving for the day, the maintenance guy came by again to see if the freezer was still working. It was and I thank him for working on my refrigerator so quickly.

I lived here for a little over a year and I really like it. The office and maintenance staff are great. The ladies at the office were always so friendly and professional. The maintenance guys were always on top of things and they always made sure that everything was good in my apartment. This community by far has the best customer service.
