DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
This is one of the worst apartment complexes I've had to deal with.
-Mold in my apartment and I had to fix it because they decided to send a painter to change our vent covers, instead of hiring people to actually deal with the mold problem.
-Had to get a restraining order against my downstairs neighbor due to him threatening and harassing me.
-Roaches and bugs throughout the breezeways and inside.
-Everything is rigged and not fixed correctly and then you will get blamed for it.
-Our deck was dry rotting and a huge safety hazard.
Just don't risk it and go somewhere else

I had the pleasure of working with Natasha! She is very pleasant, understanding and knowledgeable. She gave me a lot information and went out of her way to assist me.
Kendalwood Apartments is a nice place to live, maintenance orders were responded to in a timely manner and the current staff members are very nice! The community always looks great!

Parking is terrible, every time I went to see my son who lived there, I would have to park way far away from his own unit. He even had his car towed for parking on visitor parking overnight as there was no parking for hims as a resident, but if you were a visitor in the visitor spot w/o the resident sticker, then your car could stay there without a problem. So the visitors got priority over residents in this instance (ridiculous). They overcharge when you move out, for stuff that they do anyway as part of the new person coming in, but they figure no one is going to argue or take them to court so

We moved in 2 years ago... The location was perfect, but we soon realized the complex did not have sufficient parking for the tenants living here. Several times we had to park on the hill, walking 10 minutes to get to our apartment. Maintenance was less than accommodating, as several times we told them our screen door was broken, and they said they would replace it but never did. The pet waste disposal container was overflowed for 9 months-and I don't have dogs but it was right outside my bedroom window so every day I had to see it.
