The rooms are a mess nothing but Roach infestation grounds men don't clean stairways the most they do are pick up cigarettes buds and be in every bodies business. High rent with nothing to show for it a complete waste of money

Never answers the phone. Impossible to talk to a person. Just get automated message on the answering machine. I have called multiple times a day for multiple days. Never once got a person or call back. Clearly they don’t care and have zero good customer service skills.

I’ve been looking for an apartment for awhile now. The ladies in the leasing office were amazing. They answered every question I had and more. I visited the property and am super excited about making this my new home.

I literally wish I could give them a negative star ! Been calling for over 3 days just to get some leasing information. I’m pretty sure they’re not that busy that they can’t answer.
Like seriously ?? Do y’all just get paid to sit in the office and ignore phone calls

When I first got there it was good, great office staff....but when the office mgr got promoted it got horrible with the new mgr that took over. You couldn't get used to anyone because of the high turnover. I hope I will never have to return to this facility. The mgmt staff has a negative affect on the Forest Village Community. I wish the maintenance crew the best.

I went in to see about a one bedroom apartment. They were happy to give information but when I asked to see one I was told I could not. It was told if I fill out the application and pay the fee I could see one when it came back. I explained if it doesn't work for me there was no need to do the paperwork. My reply was Are you going to buy a used car with out seeing it.
So they wanted my money for a application fee but we're unwilling to show an apartment. What a scam.
