I compliment Jack on everything he’s done here. He got everything I need done. My toilet has been messed up and for months I was told that the part was on order. Jack went to new management and had my work order resolved within one day. He is the best maintenance supervisor we have had, and I think the world of him and the new management team. I think these are the best people we've ever had here.

I am excited to have Hayley and Jack here at Kings Crest. I have been here for 10 years and for the first time in a long time it is such a pleasure to come to the office. I had a maintenance request for my keys and the next thing I knew Hayley was knocking on my door with the keys already made.
Its like Jack is on roller skates, he is always jumping from one task to another. He seems to be liked by so many. I say he is a keeper, he is to never leave Kings Crest!!!
